McDonald's — Restaurant in Ingersoll

I ordered a bacon angus meal and what I received was just barely that. The burger had little to no sauce and a few bacon “bits”, with one small wilted piece of lettuce. I returned it and mentioned the lack of sauce and bacon to the girl at the counter. She asked the staff to remake the burger and what i got was absolutely disgusting. They took what I returned (I stood and watched) and they scooped a horrid amount of sauce on it and the girl in the back laughed and said “ what? He wanted more sauce”.... so I opened it when she gave it to me and there was enough sauce for 3 or 4 burgers. I said if you don’t want to do your jobs, then give me my money back. She then asked for it to be made again. A nice worker handed me my money and apologized (nice young guy) and said take it and your burger. I got the new burger, went back to my table and opened it only to find no bacon, a tiny piece of lettuce and an absolute insane amount of sauce on the top and bottom, as well as all around the sides. Disgusting and shameful behaviour. People eat out for convenience and sometimes because we jus don’t want to cook and clean after a long day. Nobody needs a bunch of entitled children showing zero respect for the money people are spending. Where is the manager? The amount of complaints over the last couple weeks and still no improvements? Management (the adult ones) need to get up and work the afternoon shift and fix...

I ordered a junior chicken mcpicks combo, a large fry (for a sibling), and a sundae. I didn’t check the bag they gave me and walked 25m+ home. The mcpicks combo included the chicken sandwich, small fries and drink. They forgot my fries. There was a hard piece of cartilage/bone in my chicken sandwich, and the sundae had far too much syrup (the syrup wasn’t much of a problem, just really sweet.) My sister ordered separately, ordering a sundae and double burger mcpicks combo. They forgot her drink. I don’t have her receipt, (she threw it out at the store thinking she wouldn’t have a problem, her order number was 173.) but I do have mine. The store was also kind of dirty. the second photo is of the kind of clear, hard, muscle or cartilage type of meat found in my sandwich. If you put it up to light you could see it was translucent and has a rubber texture. It doesn’t show it too well. I also don’t know why it says “medium Coke Zero” i never asked for that. Maybe they accidentally “upgraded” my drink in the combo? But I didn’t ask for that, and don’t know why it says “Coke Zero”. Truly disgusting, and annoying they forgot 2 items in 2 orders. Recently I started to love coming here once in a while for a treat and now I’m just disgusted. Makes me wonder how many other people this day had forgotten stuff. I want a refund or...

Waited in drive through after ordering two sausage and egg McMuffin muffins for almost 10 minutes. No apology. Same girl seemed very nonchalant the last two times orders have taken forever. Seems like no one cares or is being held accountable on night shift.

New Incident - 10 Minutes for Latte order when there were two orders in front of me and they were taken care of within the first 5 minutes. Though the second order came back to say they were missing there french fries. Apparently they were given Three large drinks and only one french fry for the order. (It was a young couple) The staff seemed flustered due to undertrained or slow personnel, an understaffed shift and an increase in traffic in the restaurant.
