Great, place.
The staff do their best to meet quality and service.
To those who are dissing McDonald's Staff: Why are you getting so angry with the staff? Sure you may get the day when we are slow, or when we do not meet the standards, but keep in mind it's really hard for us. It certainly does not help when people are complaining in-front of our faces and cussing at us because we are too slow. We do our best, this is a very stressful work environment. The lady/man who takes money in drive-thru. has to take orders from one ear, while keep track of how much change to give, while remembering the order the person said through his/her mic. We only have one person who works beverages, he/she has to keep up with the drinks like smoothies, frappe, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, the list goes on. So when you complain about us being slow, it's because we are trying our best to make sure you have the quality. It's sad to see when a full grown adult walks up and screams head over horses to a teen around sixteen years old. Give the lad a brake people, they are new and half the time don't know what they are doing. Sometimes you are just screaming at the wrong person and you make them feel like crap, but they have nothing to do with it. I just took people's orders and I got screamed at by a guest because their coffee was taking too long, you think I have something to do with it? Not to mention we are brewing a fresh hot one. All I'm really getting at is show some mercy for the staff because we are doing everything we can to get by the day. I get we are "Fast food" but we have our up days and down days, everyone does in this world. So I am here, taking a stand for the staff of McDonald's, and any other employee who are treated with poor respect...
Read moreProbably the worst experience and worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I took my son there after soccer practice. I have never eaten inside of this McDonald's. They were closing off the back half of the restaurant and you could not come in the back door. I had to walk all the way around with my 10 year old son in amongst a dozen or so homeless people actively shooting drugs. We then ordered and were overcharged for our food. My son went into the McDonald's play place and the manager came in and told him exact words you have to get out we're closing the Playland. Our food came it was slapped together and falling apart. After eating we went to use the washroom and we're told that the bathroom closes after 7:00. I explained that my 10-year-old son needed to use the washroom and we needed to wash up after eating. The manager didn't seem to care and told me once again that the bathroom was closed. The whole restaurant was full of homeless people this McDonald's if it wants to continue to operate should really look at hiring...
Read moreTonight we went through the drive thru at 940pm. Ordered our food and watched them hand our food out to the vehicle ahead of ours. Then they realized their mistake and asked for our order back from the other vehicle and gave it to us - yes, after having been in someone else's vehicle. When I questioned if our food was in the vehicle ahead I was told "we will change the bag for you". Never mind that it was in someone else vehicle and hands first. I requested a remake of the food and was told to park in space 1; where I sat and waited for over 25 minutes before someone came and asked if I was waiting for an order. When the food finally came, my order was wrong, so I had to drive back. At this point I asked for a manager and the assistant manager came to the window. I was definitely annoyed and explained all that happened and was told by the assistant manager "it was only in their car for a few minutes", as if I was being unreasonable to expect food that had not gone through someone else's...
