By far worst and most disgusting subway experience in my life. Negative 5 stars. I'm a regular at other subways so I know this was not normal treatment. First they shredded and ripped the ham and put it in very unevenly probably half as much as we normally get. Dragged my sandwich across the dirty counter as the paper stuck to it, and they ignored it. Then pressed their disgusting dirty shirt against the sandwich to reach for topping, obviously a normal problem as her shirt was very dirty. The vegetables were a mess, nothing went on evenly but the Lettuce, and had to ask for more veg multiple times. Then went overboard on the sauces. Tore up the bread with her fingers while cutting them and wrapped them loose with open ends. When paying she typed into the computer said bye and walked away before we even started paying. Every aspect of this visit was wrong besides the toasting and Lettuce. Absolutely disgusting hygiene, and can't make a sandwich Any better than a young child. Will never be back to this location. If I could I would give them zero stars I ordered through skip a Veg Sub they sent me a Meat sub(Beef or pork) I though they did the honest mistake and I reordered (tried calling them as well no one picked up which doesn’t happen usually) they sent me the meat sub again. It is so weird that the person who prepared it followed everything custom about the order but somehow ended up adding meat both of the times. I got suspicious asked my husband to go drive to their location and see what’s wrong and the audacity of the worker there (Called Ken) he literally told my husband on the face that it is responsibility of Skip to make sure my order is correct rather than him who prepared it. RACIST behaviour , And it doesn’t end there instead of accepting the mistake he threatened my husband that he is going to call police making it more obvious that he did this intentionally. Read moreWe eat in Subways all the time...all over our province. This location needs to train staff a little more. We asked for our subs in wraps for the first time. It really would have been helpful to have been informed of the fact there are 2 sizes that are $2 difference. We both ordered double meat so we paid $2.50 for 1chicken piece. When we questioned the young lady...she said this is the way it is. No mention that a large would have come with 2 for $2 more. My lady requested honey Mustard on her wrap. The young lady said....you KNOW you are ordering turkey? There were only 6 slices on her wrap....after paying for double meat. Sorry....what our tastes are are not really your business. Will avoid this...
