I’m very upset I ordered on door dash I just wanted a mini chicken sandwich and on the app it doesn’t allow u to add cheese! So in the description I asked for the workers to add cheese. And I get a call with some guy making a big deal about adding $1 cheese to my sandwich…. Then he tried to compare it with the price of the chicken… I’ve never had an issue until tonight I’m very disappointed isn’t ur job to please customers I hope something is done about this because that’s wrong I wasn’t asking for anything huge just a little cheese. I was going through the menu and I saw wings and I was hoping before that wings would be an added item. I ordered 6 wings(swicy sauce) combo, taters(small), bottled Mountain Dew, small fries, small Mac & Cheese Salad. I was hoping for the wings to be more well-done. So, I didn't like it much. The Fries and Taters were hot and nice. The Mac & Cheese salad was good. I will try another flavor on the wings for sure and I hope I can request well done as an option. I included pictures sorry for the ketchup on the fries but, its good too.

My sandwich looked like it was stepped on (look at that awful pic). They also advertise, in-store, items that can only be ordered through the app. And they aren't available as a combo, so you are paying the most possible. We used to enjoy coming here, but this was an extremely disappointing experience. This is the most expensive fast-food restaurant, and it isn't worth it anymore.

I am a very big fan of MB Vaughn and North York but the service I got yesterday the 27 th of Feb here in Lindsay was the WORST I have ever received from MB.After ordering a 9 piece meal and specifically asked for no breast at all, I get a meal with 5 breast meaning I only got to have 4 and threw out the rest.I went on to call this morning to ask abou the order the receiver instead of apologizing went on to accuse me of lying abou having that many breast in one meal ,further went on to blame me for not paying an extra cost for other pieces which I would have GLADLY done if I had been told. What kind of customer service is that.All I wanted was an apology atlist.I wish I could give a zero star.VERY DISAPPOINTED,will never order from MB Lindsay again!The food...

Haven't been here in ages, but wish I have been all this time! Honestly the BEST customer service I've EVER received, she was so friendly and happy and just down right cool, I believe her name was Aimee, she made me feel like we were friends or somthing the way she interacted with me and took my order, super smoothly AND it was exactly what I ordered. I know McDonald's and Wendy's in Lindsay have a very hard time getting your order correct. When we think "oh let's get McDonald's or Wendy's"....we'll note than likely be going to Mary Brown's instead, plus the chicken was much much better in taste and freshness and quality, which if you've had a Wendy's chicken sandwich and its not really freshest you know the disappointment, I don't think I'll be...

Had a horrible experience at this restaurant, the women taking my order was very rude and rushy. She messed up my order and would not fix the problem, not only would she not fix it but she refused a refund! Three of my meals were completely different from what I order and were wrong! Then I proceeded to make a separate order for my redbulls and gave me Pepsi. On the receipt said red bull and she still refused to help me correct my order!
