This was our second visit and was worse than the first one. Went in and the lone employee was busy making an obvious on line order as there was no one else in the store. Was not acknowledged at all. I waited and waited and then another customer came in. Another employee came out of the back and took the order from lady who came in AFTER me. Finally the on line order was completed and the original clerk took my order. I ordered 2 foot long veggies on whole wheat. She made them on white bread. The portions were so incredibly sparse I couldn’t believe it. One sandwich was without cheese, which seemed to irritate her. I asked her to put more than 4 slices of tomato on them as the 4 slices did NOT even cover the bread. The cucumbers were the same story, 4 very thinly sliced pieces, the spinach was the same except there was 6 leaves on each. I asked for lots of olives and that appeared to be a hardship. At this point I gave up as there was no fixing her stingy ways. The total for these two “sandwiches”, {term loosely used} was $19.30, a total waste of money. We ate the sandwiches and were still hungry afterwards. Not happy. Avoid this location please, other subways have always been good. If I could give a zero...
Read moreI hate when you go to a place like this and it's a crap shoot , very chintzy, on your veggies you get on your sub and not just one thing, got a club there wasn't even enough lettuce to cover one side of the sub. And then I asked for onions, she gave me 4 pieces of onion. I had to ask for more lettuce, more onions. I asked for one little line of mustard. She put a big line, h splattered it all over the one end of the sub. And then mayo she gives me this tiny little line.It's like what are you doing. 21 dollars I paid .. the time before this was perfect really how hard is it to make a sub like the picture. Read morePoor customer service experience; I made an online order, was charged for it, and when I arrived at the store was told that they had no receipt for the order (first assumed I had ordered to a different store, even though I've ordered from the same location many times and refused to believe that I was telling the truth) and that I should contact customer support, despite the fact I was able to show proof of purchase within my banking app (and ignored the fact that the postal code associated with the purchase was same as the restaurant's). Disappointed since I have had good experiences there...
