Analog Coffee - One Water — Restaurant in Kelowna

I was so lucky as to win a gift certificate from this well regarded coffee haven! When I won the GC a couple came over to me and RAVED about their “over pour” and said make that your first cup! So within days I was there with a co-worker and we each had 2 different “over pours” not having a clue what an “over pour” was. I had a taffy chocolate I believe it was and my co-worker had a fruity coffee finish. Don’t judge! We were a little skeptical but we are now “regular over pours”! We enjoyed our gigantic “over pours” and had our meeting in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere-even though people were coming and going. Other patrons were working on lap tops and others came and went with their dogs (who were obviously regulars as the pups waited patiently for their treats). REALLY this is a coffee shop? You bet, best one ever! Staff are attentive, efficient and sincere. I could go on but .. it’s your turn now! Absolutely LOVE this place! Oh and an “over pour” takes sometime -6min on the outside so don’t be in a rush. If you love coffee this place is one...

ATMOSPHERE: I enjoy studying at cafes and like to try new places. Today, I wanted a place with much natural light flooding an open space decorated with neutral, earthy, or pastel tones. Cue in: Analog cafe! The interior design soothed my eyes. The music soothed my ears -- the playlist today was soft, jazzy instrumentals, the kind that is excellently paired with both a sunny AND a rainy day, and both as a wind-down OR a wind-up to start and end your day! I always wear head phones at cafes to lock in to my readings, but today was the one exception. Staff is down to earth, welcoming and kind!

FOOD: I had a caramel-flavoured latte (regular milk) and a "feature cookie" (toffee + caramel + espresso). I think the best latte I've ever had. Went down very smoothly and the foam was exquisitely bodied! The cookie was one of the better cookies I've ever had; the right amount of soft/chewy and...

I woke up without coffee so Analog was there to provide. I ordered a latte and it was really good. However, with a tip, it was $8. The 3 ladies at the counter were not very engaging. When I put in my order the girl was not too happy...she looked unhappy and didn't answer me when I asked her how her day was going. Looked stressed. When my coffee was ready I asked if that drink was for me. One said yes she thinks so The other 2 seemed angry at her for saying yes (I assume) So I really love that we have a new local coffee shop but not sure about customer service ....
