We saw on castanet that this place had opened so we were super excited to try it after grabbing a burger next door. We waited in a 5 person line for 20 mins , I ordered a dipped cone with caramel pecan dip , the girl dipped it and it slid off the cone. She did it again, same thing happened. Then she asked me to pick a different dip because the one I chose was too low in the container to dip properly. She still couldn't do it after I changed my flavour as she said the icecream was too soft . I finally just told her she could put it in a cup. It almost melted to liquid before I left the store. I just wanted a dipped cone, definitely won't come back . Service was super slow , ice cream not great , the menu is so huge and overcomplicated the staff can't keep up . Maybe rethink the concept of a dipped ice cream place if you can't dip it and can't actually provide a dipped cone ? The girl was pleasant I felt bad for her she had no idea what to do. I think the strangest part of it was watching the staff try to coat the icecream with spatulas and making a mess instead of just using spoons or ladels ? Ive been a pastry chef for years , im forgiving in hospitality and understanding of hiccups but this was a pretty lame experience by any means....
Read moreI don’t even feel like giving 1 star to the service and attitude I got from a young lady today at the shop!! Horrible!!!!! Wouldn’t recommend a single person about going there for anything. I went to get Chocolate tuxedo cheesecake today and the lady at the counter was showing unnecessary attitude to me. First of all I called at the store to ask about the possibility of a delivery to my location. She just kept my call on hold for 7 minutes and cut the call afterwards. Later on when I actually went there to grab cheesecake she was arguing about the availability of it. Then after she said - Am I blind or what? Cz I can’t see the flavour your asking to buy. Whereas the flavour was right there in the refrigerator. I asked her later to heat the cheesecake for 30 seconds and she overheated to 1 Minute, asked me to dine in with that poor quality cheesecake. So I just grabbed myself another fresh piece from the fridge and left the shop. Highly disappointed from the poor service. Please teach your staff about the stuff you make, the stuff...

I called the store to see if my order was ready to be picked up, I was informed that they didn't not have any cheese cakes for a few day, I don't understand why I was able to order an item that was not in stock, so I asked for a refund, the employee working said he couldn't refund my credit card and that I would have to go to the store for a cash refund, I asked for it to be a refund on my card since that is how I paid, so the employee had to call the manager and I had to call back in ten minutes, so I called back and was told it would be refund that was 17 days ago, so last Sunday I called again the employee did the same thing called there manager and said the same thing. And I still have not gotten a refund. The customer service is terrible. The management terrible. Why can I not get a refund I have had to call multiple times, wasting my time. What a...
