I was on a road trip and suffering from caffeine deficiency, Google search led me to Anarchy. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in a warm and cozy atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, and the friendly owner greeted me with a smile.

The coffee itself was nothing short of exceptional. I ordered an Americano, and it was crafted to perfection - rich and smooth. The flavor was bold and full-bodied, without being overpowering. Seriously one of the best cups of coffee I have had.

But what truly sets this coffee shop apart is the attention to detail and commitment to quality. From the freshly in-house roasted beans to the interesting art decor and delicious pastries, every aspect of this shop exudes a passion for excellence.

Fueling the fearless Bailey and Jon are rockstars behind the roaster and the counter, and it’s clear they take real pride in both the space and the craft. They’re both are always calm, kind, and welcoming which is something I appreciate every time I visit. Jon always remembers how I like my coffee (extra icy) and even if someone else makes it, he’ll still check to make sure it has enough ice. It’s a small thing, but it makes me feel looked after.

They’re also really involved in the community working with local artists, collaborating with other businesses, and supporting local organizations. It makes me even happier to support them.

I've been looking for a local roaster to support as store bought coffee is borderline swill and small franchises tend to lack consistency in taste and strength. Anarchy has a stellar selection of flavours and roast levels available, which I've yet to find any flaw in; even the darkest roast they offer has very clearly had special attention paid to it as it's one of the most pleasant dark roasts I've ever tried.
