Update Aug 2024 the new owners of the blenz have done a great job of returning the cleaness and great service that this place was known for in the past . We have returned as full-time customers the location for people watching and pets is perfect and highly recommend. Enjoy updating my stars and review congratulations to the new owners.

Update-Nov 2023 the rebranding and with renos completed the re launch has happened. Reluctantly gave it a try the place was clean,good service,clean products, hot coffee and like the original Blenz was run before this recent owner stuck it to the customers for over 2 yrs with crappy service,expired food,no service,filthy facility, this blenz franchise and shop needs to do a blanket apologize to the regular customers screwed over for the last 2 yrs..by this last owner. Will give it try again but staying with Marmalade with my cash for now.

-Update Aug 2023. Watch the owners of Blenz with their tale between their legs pull up their u hall, and take everything that wasn't bolted down, including the kitchen sink .They ran the the business into the ground treating customers like their piggi bank,no sympathy from my lovely seat and Marmalade Cafe where the service food atmosphere puts that owners effort to shame.Good riddance lol...

Been a long time customer. Graham,Prince, Jaz,Tanvi now. Staff turnover can be a challenge for the business but also offers great student jobs flexible hours this coffee shop does a good job at managing this.

I can only imagine the difficulties serving people with the amount of choices to purchase and pay with.

The outside deck is great place to watch the world go by.

-Update Aug 2022 blenz has slowly changed, when it gets close to closing within 2 hrs ,they want out of there,the service then drops to a 1 or 2 star level their not interested in anything other than packing up and leaving.No food items frozen,chairs outside packed up and no service and as a customer they make you feel as though u are a inconvenience.👎👎 I believe it's the owners wife leading this exodus.

Moved over to Marmalade Cafe pleasant and stay open till 8pm great cookies and u can still watch the world go by without feeling a inconvenience to the ownership👎👎👎

Dear Blenz Franchise Owner,

My son turned 18 today. He was excited to begin his day with a family breakfast at The Bohemian Bagel. We had a great time together, lot of laughs, excellent service, and the food was, as it always is, really great.

After breakfast, my son took his sister out for coffee, specifically because he knew he would be treated to a free coffee drink today at Blenz and Starbucks. At about 12:30 pm they popped into your shop on South Pandosy, and were not greeted with "Happy Birthday," or a smile, or anything other than an unfriendly look and less than positive interaction with your staff member. How sad. How disappointing. Both of my kids were shocked. At Starbucks my son was greeted with smiles and happy birthday wishes from the cashier and the barista, as would be expected on a birthday.

Perhaps you might look into this for me, as I habit your establishment regularly and have always found it to be warm and inviting. I'd like to think this experience is just a blip that won't happen again. I'd like to think that your gift of coffee would be given graciously.

Young people should be treated with respect. I'm hopeful you also agree.

Blenz Coffee at Pandosy Village in Kelowna is hands down one of the best coffee spots I have ever visited. The ambiance here is absolutely inspiring—it motivates you to do your best, whether you’re working, studying, or simply unwinding.

A special shoutout to Amaan, who consistently crafts the most amazing coffee. Her professionalism and dedication to perfection truly stand out. Today, I tried a Mocha for the first time, and it was a masterpiece, specially made by Amaan. It was rich, smooth, and simply delightful—I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Mocha!

Teja is another gem of this café. She is always kind and welcoming, making every visit feel special. And let’s not forget Kaneil, who is incredibly respectful and ensures everyone feels at home.
