Absolutely horrible!! Spent just over $450.00 on five dresses. Washed them once (BTW--following instructions to a T!) And the hemlines on ALL of them shrunk from being just above my knee, to falling at groin level. GROIN LEVEL!! ALL OF THEM!! PISSED OFF would be an understatment. If I wanted tunics I would of bought tunics!! And they were flowy 'babydoll' in design and cut, so now they look like nasty maternity tops. GRRR! Will never buy a dress there again. Spreading the word ... they're expensive dresses are 'wear till you need to wash and then throw them out'....

Today was good but the majority of the time I go in one of the regular employees, maybe the supervisor or manager(not sure if that is who it is) is caught up in gossip and talking about other people be it other staff or customers. If it weren't for the fact that i like seeing the variety in brands they carry I probably would not go back- I work in customer service and this is not how you act...

I had shopped this store before( from Calgary visiting my sister in Kelowna) but not since they renovated. Merchandised really well and the service I got was just amazing. Had the manager ring me up and she was just the best!! Can't wait to wear the coat I got and have a a bunch of product in my cart for my team back home. I can't say enough great things about...
