Wow, I feel as though COVID has given customer service ethics an excuse to go down the drain.
This is the third time in a row that Domino's has completely messed up my order. I'm not one to complain, nor do I have the time to do so, but the third time was the last straw as I don't have money to spend friviously, let alone waste on disappointment.
Needless to say, I called the store and complained in a polite and courteous manner. I told them it was the third time, and I wanted the manager to come to a resolution for the issue.
They offered to re-send the pizza and missing dips, only to say they decided not to as they felt we did not do much to inform them of the issue.
They kept making excuses and going in circles, when I had given them all the information they needed as well as had a voice recording of the initial phone call when ordering the pizza.
I should not have to jump hoops when it was their error and not mine. Nor should I feel belittled by their employees because they are too lazy to fix the issue.
I am starting to see very clearly that this is becoming a common occurrence. The "Customer Comes First" motto, something that is so simple, has been slowly disappearing since the COVID outbreak.
This motto is standard anywhere with any business that provides a product or service to a consumer or guest.
They should provide the best-possible experience to their customers and have the common courtesy to acknowledge their needs and go above and beyond to ensure that they are happy and satisfied with the service being given.

Read moreUPDATE: over this last year or so it’s clear that dominoes value and quality has gone down. Every single pizza I order has little to no cheese and same for toppings. They pretty Much force you to pay for extra cheese it’s so bad. Also, an extra charge for pan pizza. What will I be charged for next here? It’s also interesting how there are several very similar bad experiences and reviews over the last 6 months… i think there might be some issues.
I go to Pizza Hut loyally now because they don’t charge for pan, give you LOTS of cheese , and they have better deals. Sorry dominoes!
Pretty decent experiences here over the past few years. Some pizza artists are better then others, it would be nice to see some more consistency.
However it’s generally always tasty and fresh. The staff that work there are mostly young And I’m always impressed with how they greet customers through the door, even when they are super busy. They do a great job of this, and they get people their orders...
