Pandosy pizza — Restaurant in Kelowna

They used to be by far the best place in town but they have really gone downhill since they were taken over by a new owner/manager a couple of years ago. I used to go here a few times per week but now I only go once in a blue moon. When the new owner/manager took over, he jacked up the prices and cut back the store hours. With the exception of a few really awesome staff members, the service became much less friendly as well.

Lately, the quality of their pizza has taken a nosedive. I used to alway be blown away by the amount of cheese on their pizza but now they are so stingy with it that there are bald spots on the pizza. They used to be very generous with their toppings but now they are very sparse. For example, they used to put big chunks of feta on their pizza. Now, even if I pay for extra I really have to go out of my way to find any traces of it. Don't get me wrong, their pizza is still good but it is nowhere near the gourmet pizza it used to be.

When I go to pick my pizza up, I pay with cash and the staff are often forced to make change with their tip jar because the owner/manager doesn't provide them with a proper float. I just tell them not to worry about it or just put the change back into the tip jar. I expect my tips to go to the hardworking staff! Update: I ordered my usual extra cheese and literally got a pizza with practically no cheese - also the dough was super thick compared to usual and the crust was larger than usual. I called to notify about the lack of cheese and the lady was aggressive and arguing that how it's always made. Well if this is the quality going forward - not worth the price or my business Original: I would give 5 stars, but not only did they give my pizza way to someone else, then call me saying I took the wrong pizza (like wut? I don't have a pizza yet???) They asked me to bring it back to give to me. Ew. And illegal? Tat pizza left with someone why would I want it!?
