Pizza 64 — Restaurant in Kelowna

I will NOT go to this pizza place again. Terrible customer service as soon as we walked in the door. The employee was talking on their personal cell phone for five minutes while I stood there behind another customer also waiting before putting the phone down and acknowledging us. We brought the pizza home to find the mushrooms missing from our Canadian pizza. Then I took a bite of the pizza I ordered to chomp down on whatever this piece is. Either plastic or something. Terrible experience all around. Zero stars even though it doesn't give you an option to give.

To add onto this...I just received a call from someone at pizza 64 because of my review. They offered me some money off my next order which is a great customer service response if they didn't lead the conversation by telling me that I was wrong about our Canadian pizza not having mushrooms. I will insert a picture of the pizza for reference so you can see that there are NO mushrooms on it. I appreciate the offer for money off the next purchase, but there will not be a next purchase made.

I had the pleasure of visiting Pizza 64 and trying their Paneer pizza, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The flavors were perfectly balanced, with the paneer being incredibly soft and well-marinated. The crust was just the right amount of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, providing a wonderful base for the toppings.

What truly stood out was the attention to detail in the preparation of the pizza. 34 dollars for one lasagna,small juice. I paid for a family size apple juice,paid,never recieved. Ripped off ,even the extra garlic toast I paid didn't show up. Delivery guy from that place was rude and literally ran like a coward to his car door just cause I asked nicely I'm missing stuff in orde when I paid alot plus give bucks tip for what rude service and left hungry because it ended up nothing like the online add I paid for. He just drove away saying we know nothing. Coward,unprofessional. I will never ever order there again. The place makes nasty pasta not even my dog likes it.
