Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kelowna

I wish I could give the store a zero review. After waiting over an hour past the time of ordering. So 2 HOURS past the time I put the order in. Several calls to the store. (I live less then 10 minute drive away.) In the notes it said "please call when you arrive to get further directions.) As there is more than one house. The driver calls finally saying he was waiting for 10 minutes! Then when I give him directions he doesn't listen and does the exact opposite. I then had to walk to go find him. He then refuses to give me my food. Tries to shut his door on me and says he doesn't care if my 7 and 9 year old starves and that I should have better lighting on the road.( You know because the road lights are something I control....). The service from the store tonight was beyond ridiculous. The driver tried to blame me on his cell phone dying! I will never ever order from them again. There are better pizza stores...

Absolutely livid by customer service at this location. Always have had good experiences with Pizza Hut when it came to dealing with issues but this location doesn’t care. Spent over 2 hours waiting for my food when delivery said 1hr max. Called to asked where it was and they said they were understaffed. The issue could have been avoided if they had told me that from the begining and I would have had more patience but when my hotel was 2 minutes down the road, there’s not excuse. Walked in to the restaurant because we could not wait any longer as we had family waiting on us and dogs. When we came inside it took them 20 minutes to greet us because employees were just lolagagging around and not doing anything. When finally someone did come over, all she could say was we don’t have many people. When in fact I see 5 people not doing anything. I know it’s Pizza Hut and a massive chain but this location...

We usually have no problems. However, not tonight see I called to place an order at 10:35pm. The employee cut me off while I was speaking and she rudely informed me delivery was not an option due to the time and then immediately hung up on me.

I couldn't find anything on the website about delivery having a time restriction. But even if it is on the website, so much for customer service and treating me with respect. Obviously getting out of work was more of a priority for this Pizza Hut employee.

What about asking me if I wanted to pick up the order? Oh right... it's more of a priority for this Pizza Hut employee to be done early and get out of this Pizza Hut to do...
