I have been coming to this Starbucks location many times. Recently, the quality of service has gone downhill. I ordered drinks in the past two days and they messed up both of my orders.
One of orders didn't come with foam but I ordered a coffee with foam. The barista remade the drink for me, but it was the wrong drink, and I didn't realize until I got home.
On the next day, I ordered a coffee with no ice, but the coffee came with some ice. So, I went back to store and asked about it, the blonde girl with ponytail and glasses said that they couldn't make the coffee with no ice. I am curious as to why I could choose that option in the Starbucks app if they couldn't make it without ice? For the record, I had ordered the same drink with no ice in many other Starbucks locations and they came out perfectly fine. The cashier told me that maybe the staff in the other locations were newer and therefore didn't know that they couldn't make the coffee without ice.
As a loyal customer, I won't be coming back after these disappointments. I don't feel like I'm treated honestly due to the fact that they just could not admit that they made a mistake and provided a lousy excuse for me. I would be reaching out to corporate about...

I'm not sure how the Starbucks mobile order app works, but this location has been sold out of an item twice now when I've pre-ordered and already paid, only to arrive at the location and be told I need to change my order. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead, no? To my knowledge the app is supposed to show when items are sold out before you buy them. In both cases I found that the staff seemed irritated and rushed when they had to accommodate the change - then they forgot my breakfast.
I've also had poor experience ordering items at the drive through, then getting to the window and being told they're actually sold out. In one case, instead of asking me for a new order, they just gave me an item as a consolation and then waved me through for the next car.

And the tables are always dirty and donāt seemed wiped down. Even early in the morning right after opening. I come here often due to connivence but wish the atmosphere was better each time.
Could also be the timing of year but thereās always sooo many flies.
The only pro is that it is a large store and seating never seems to be a problem. And lots of outdoor seating as well during the summer month.
