Literally the best meal I've had in Canada. The problem with eating food like this, is everything else you pay for in restaurants feels lacklustre in comparison to an experience such as this...

Deep-Fried Tofu: My Partner ordered Tofu, something I'm not a huge fan of to say the least...

In saying that, it was delicious.

The Tofu had a thin layer of crispy panko(?) on the exterior, whilst the interior was delicate without being overly moist (which is something I personally dislike about Tofu, the overly bland taste and squishy texture). It was not greasy in the slightest.

The light salad on the side had a beautiful dressing which provided a fresh, bright snap of flavour and texture which was beautifully paired with the more smokey and fried elements of the Tofu with BBQ-type sauce.

Chikuwa: Just wow. So delicious it didn't exist long enough to have a picture. Again, a beautifully thin layer of dry crispy panko, with a surprisingly delicate piece of fish inside. As someone who has worked as a cook I know how easy it is to overcook fish this delicate when frying, but it was just so deliciously tender. The cream cheese inside was piping hot, just how it should be when first served. The Garlic Mayo was just the cherry on top of a delicious cake: clearly made by someone who knows exactly what flavours they desire and how to achieve it.

Pork Katsu Bowl: I just can't express fully how much I enjoyed this dish. Even down to the individual rice grains it was, in my humble opinion, perfectly cooked and presented. It had all the flavour, texture and colour I could ask for in a dish. The vegetables were fresh and vibrant. The presentation was tastefully arranged. The Pork was wonderfully seasoned. So happy with it.

My Partner took the "Veggie Tempura Ramen" as a main. She fully enjoyed it. Again, outstanding all in all.

I left an extra $5 tip and wish I could have left more. Hats off to this establishment, the incredible cook that evening and the typically friendly, warm and polite service I've come to anticipate in a Japanese...

We had this one on our list ever since we were in the neighborhood getting Mexican around the corner many many months ago. When we walked back to our parking space that night we could smell the soup from this place and knew we had to come back. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly 🙂 in fact, when we left and we went to wave goodbye/thank you, Not only was she already standing there waving thank you but the chef also had his head up and waved goodbye and thanked us! She also was thorough in finding out if any of the soups had seafood in it due to an allergy. And recommending which ones to choose. Everything was presented beautifully. My partner thoroughly enjoyed his special treat of the baby octopus dish. We shared the spicy beef soup, The broth was good. The noodles weren't homemade and there was just a few veggies but... oh my gosh, the beef was so tender! 🤩 We also shared the cray cray roll, definitely recommend this one! Super yummy. The karrage chicken was decent , and The veggie tempura's batter was fresh and crispy with large pieces of veggies which were very fresh! It smelled fantastic in there, the service was attentive and welcoming, the images of the food on the TV screen was a fantastic idea. We will definitely be back to try more...

Came here on a Thursday night for dinner with family after a day at the beach. The restaurant is across from Gyro Beach and there are a number of other places to eat close by. There is paid parking behind the building - give your license plate to T-One and you will get 2 hours free.

We ordered 2 BBQ Pork Ramen, 1 Seafood Ramen, 1 Chicken Karaage, and 1 Hot Bun. The ramen noodles were curl which is what we like. Both broths were flavourful. The Pork was very tender and the seafood was tasty. The Karaage was average but we did like the hot bun - it had custard inside.

Staff were friendly and greeted us right away and came around a few times to see how things are but without being intrusive. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Great place with great ramen - family thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Definitely, the best Ramen in...
