Unfortunately I will not go back. Yes only a Tim Hortons but the service and availability of food choices was very limited. I was 5 customers back when I walked in and it took 19 minutes to get a large coffee. The customer that had already ordered when I walked in, we started chatting she had been there for 18minutes and was still waiting for food. The young man in front of me tried to order a hashbrown and it was not available he was told, then he tied to order potato wedges and was told those would be 12 minutes?? First Lady finally got her food and I finally got to order. I watched them fill my coffee from a large carafe not a small “always fresh” pot Tim’s used to be famous for! A very nice lady then walked in and when I turned around and said “Hi” she said “oh is it slow again”. Read moreI was there twice in two days both for breakfast and it’s incredible how the staff take zero pride in their work. The East Indian man at the till both days could hardly muster a “can I help you” in the drive through, we were parked on the first day waiting for 3 breakfast sandwiches and the woman who came out said “is this you?” … I guess so? On the second day they gave us the wrong order and my sons breakfast sandwich was missing the bottom bun. Read moreOn October 26th at 5:15am, the two individuals at the Tim Hortons past airport security displayed a complete lack of urgency and customer service skills. They spent more time talking with each other than serving customers. The one guy was constantly on his phone as well. It was an incredibly disappointing experience.
After paying, I had to wait over 8 minutes for a large black coffee before asking about it (they forgot). I sincerely hope management reads this and addresses the issue promptly; it has nothing to do with being short staffed, it's about careless employees!
