Triple O's — Restaurant in Kelowna

While filling up with gas I noticed the advertising for Triple Os and thought that would be a nice treat. I went inside, went to the counter and a tall, young Male was standing by the counter with a head set on for the drive thru. He quickly walked away to avoid taking my order(maybe it wasn't his station) I could hear two others just out of sight in the grill area. He called to them to let them know I was there. I could here them talking and laughing but no one came. He looked extra nervous because he saw me waiting and they were ignoring his calls to go to the counter. After standing there for a couple of minutes I decided to not wait and grabbed something else from the convience store. I went to the desk to pay. The girl there asked if this was everything and so I asked if the inside of Triple Os is was open. She said yes and I explained what happened at the counter...or rather what didnt happen. She then went into a snippy attitude and said "They were covering me here" I'm thinking, ok, that's fine and all but her attitude was uncalled for. At the very least she could have said the same words with no attitude and maybe a "Sorry about that" added to it. After paying she added snidely "I hope you have a better day" as I was walking out. What the heck!?! Her name was Ronnie. Why is she working in service? I only shop Chevron because it's the only place with 94 octane. I will never be coming back to this station. I regret even coming inside to get a snack...should have just gassed...

I used to love Triple O's but this one has made me rethink going to any Triple O's again. Absolutely the worst customer service from the Indian Girl on the till. They gave us cold fries, and when I took it to her and told it was cold; She puts her hand in the fries, touches it and says, no it's not cold, it's hot. Why do you want to change it ? Her attitude was so disgusting. I just felt that I should leave all the food and leave the trash restaurant. Then they took the fires and refried the same ones but didn't put salt on it as well. It was the worst. It's absurd. I just lost my interest in talking to these trash people. And these trash ones kinda talk behind the back in their own languages always. If you see an angry looking trash girl on the till of Triple O's with others talking to her in the same language . Please rethink your decision. Because they make fun of you in the kitchen as well. Absurd. Totally absurd. I will file an official complaint to White Spot if needed. Make sure you hire nice and polite...

As soon as I walked in, there were two other people waiting in line for their food and no other customers. They shuffled to the side so I could order. One of the staff saw me waiting at the counter with a smile on my face. She didn't acknowledge me and continued waiting for the other customers food. Waited a few more minutes. She finished packing up the other customers order, gave it to them and walked right in front of me without even looking at me and went to the back. At the same time there was another staff member who was clearly on break. They finished their break and walked up to the counter, gave me a slight glance, put a headset on and walked away. At this point I waited for another two minutes and left. I stood at the counter for nearly ten minutes like a complete idiot without a single "hello" or even acknowledgement that I existed from two separate female employees. So I took my business elsewhere. Far from impressed and I don't plan on going back again. I'm a patient person but I think this...
