I have not eaten at Wendy's at all, until recently. Turns out it is good for low carb. I think I have been there about 6 times now and not once have they got my order right. If I ask for extra mayo, I get none. Extra pickles, I got one pickle. This last one I just got, I asked for extra mayo and mustard with no ketchup. I got no mayo and no mustard....just dry patties. Out of the 5 orders, I have only got mustard and mayo on one....yet I ask for it every time, extra mayo each time. Today is the first time I actually got extra pickles, even though I ask for it every time. I do not understand how they cannot get a simple order right. I don't even order at the the restaurant, I put it in online, so no excuse for not hearing correctly. The only reason I have given any stars, is because the food is tasty for low carb when you can get 3 patties with cheese and all the veggies you want for a reasonable price. Since I am getting the wrong order everytime, I am guessing this isn't an issue with one person but a systemic issue. I have not gone back to complain....but it is crazy ridiculous that I have not had one order right yet. There definitely needs to be some retraining or a different manager....I have no clue, I have never been to a place that got zero orders right with one person. I don't know how it is possible. Read moreI used drive thru at passed 11PM while am using their own app. In the app, you will see the food/drinks and prices. I ordered 4 items and it was priced $8.++ in the app but I was surprisingly charged at $14.97 at the window. At first, I heard the cashier guy told $8 something but when he handed the cc machine , i was billed higher. After 10 mins or so, I went back again to their drive thru to asked why I was charged higher and showed them the prices in the app. The manager talked, she kept on telling me the price "in their own app" wasn't correct at all. I kept on my ground to get my refund, she gave me a money bill of $5.25 instead of a proper refund through my cc. I felt, it was improperly resolved as if she wanted me to go away and her refund wasn't enough without proper computation. I know it's just a small difference but imagine if i wasnt there to complained. Every cents here in Canada is a really hard earned. Please do something about your pricing over the app against your tilt and please your management needs improvement on how to handle to this kind of situation.

Read moreI parked my car in the parking lot behind near the drive through there was a camera I saw but when I got out of my car and I stepped foot on the sidewalk of the wendys I slipped and fell and got my knees bruised and had cut on the cement! I was in severe pain but I got uo and got my phine which went quite far when I feel! I got inside slowly and I was asking to talk to the manager! I told them they really need to put salt on that area behind the building because I told them I had fallen! They didn't give a crap about that the lady seemed to be acting stupid and dumb! She's like where and not once did they ask if I need any attention or something! She then goes into the back and just stares at the back door outside I was so frustrated with her! There was a camera right outside and I am sure that caught the fall but not to ask the safety of the customers! I work in a customer service business and I would n3ver have treated a customer to who had fallen and gotten hurt! Horrible horrible!!!! Shame on...
