I recently had the pleasure of dining at Harvey’s, and I can confidently say that this was one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile from the staff, setting the tone for what would be an exceptional visit.

Customer Service – Above and Beyond

The customer service at Harvey’s was truly outstanding. The employees were not only friendly but also incredibly efficient and knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to ensure that my order was exactly how I wanted it, and I genuinely felt like they cared about my experience. It’s rare to find fast-food establishments where the staff go out of their way to make sure you leave happy, but Harvey’s absolutely nailed it.

Absolutely horrendous experience i had last evening ordering from here through skip. The restaurant accepted my order and took over 40 minutes to make a chicken sandwich and fries. I don't have a vehicle so i could not opt to go pick it up myself otherwise i would have. Called the restaurant the first 2 times, didn't answer. The third time, they picked up denied they ever accepted my order. Once i gave them the order number they gave some lame ass excuse that they hadn't made it yet! Your fast food, not fine dining it shouldn't take 40 minutes for a sandwich and fries. I told them to cancel my order, they apologized and tried saying they would make it then. Nope not after 40 minutes after placing the order. I had to call AGAIN because the order had not been canceled. After the fourth call someone different picked up and said they couldn't cancel it i had to do it through skip. Never had to! After trying to on their app which is useless by the way no one responds! The poor driver still went and grabbed my order 2 hours later!!!! I had to tell the poor guy i canceled the order through the store. When i explained what happened the driver was FURIOUS with the store because they 100% can cancel the order on their end they knew it would be a hassle for me to do it on the app so they practically scammed me of $20 because they're too incompetent to understand the language and what they are doing and they scammed the poor driver making him waste his time and gas. The driver also had to deal with the horrible customer service skip provides its employee's. Driver couldn't proceed with the order. NEVER again will i ever order from here or through skip. You can't tell me you didn't accept my order in which later you admitted you did and took over 40 minutes to even notice no one had made...

I ordered a Jr. burger recently and it was way too sloppy and messy (see pic). Totally ridiculous! I couldn't even hold it right because all the toppings were squishing out. I usually love Harvey's onion rings at this location but today they were way too greasy. Also I didn't even get a napkin with my order. If I was eating outside somewhere it would have been really inconvenient for how messy the burger was.

I placed an order online and went to pick it up at the drive-thru well they need to have a better system in place for people who order online to be able to pick up their food before others isn't that the whole point of ordering online and paying for it to avoid lineups? I get to Harvey's there's someone in front of me in the drive-thru and I waited and waited it just defeats the purpose of ordering beforehand, if I'm going to wait I might as well not even order online and just go straight to the restaurant. The other thing is whoever was working did a terrible job of the onion rings, normally the onion rings I love them but most of them were inedible today when I got them, super hard. If they were under a warmer or something and that makes them too hard this is why they need to get the food to people before the ones in the drive-thru the things that have already been ordered and paid for they should be given to customers first.

I ordered a Jr. burger and frings through Uber Eats and I love the size of the Jr. burger, I'm not a big person so I don't like to have a huge big burger. I really like Harvey's onion rings they're really tasty I actually like them more than...
