Mo'Cha BubbleTea — Restaurant in Kitchener

I am being generous to give 2 orelse given less than one...this is second time , and It was worst experience ever. .staff was more busy with making Insta reel then serving customers. I had ordered simple bubble coconut milk tea and they had given me coconut with regular cream and when I asked, the other lady( not the counter lady) started argument with bcze I had interrupted her while making her insta video. she said, coconut milk tea means regular milk with regular cream. I think, she had hearing issue or learning issue. she should educate herself before working in food chain.. If I had that drink and got reaction..I could have sued the owner as well as employee who had served me. Owner of this store educate their employee, coconut milk means "coconut milk" not with alteration. And other bubble tea store neither charge extra for pearl nor do alteration to their milk..if they doesn't have they said they don't have..they don't aargumentwith customers unnecessary.

and the funny part was she said, I am giving you different drink and won't charge you. I was, is she really dumb? ofcourse, you have to give different drink without...

I went here today to buy 3 bubble teas. The girl wearing glasses at the cash was polite, but mid-way through the order process - I asked “By the way you didn’t ask about the sugar level in the bubble teas, Can you make mine with less sugar?” she replied “I already put the sugar in, its fine in your taro drink since its bland - the sugar will be fine.”

Three hours later the 4-year old that had the strawberry bubble tea threw up all of her bubble tea. My Taro bubble tea was way too sweet with all that sugar.

Bottom line: This is the only bubble tea shop that I have been to that doesn’t ask about to the sugar level. I don’t understand why they are not asking for the desired sugar level before making the bubble tea! If I’m the one paying for the bubble tea and you didn’t bother to ask if i wanted sugar or not - you should go back and make a tea catered to what I actually wanted.

Out of ALL bubble tea shops, I really recommend this bubble tea store. They have extensive flavours and great, kind, hard working staff. I was thrilled to hear that there was a bubble tea place coming nearby, and they truly are far better than any other bubble tea place I've been to. They have a wide range of drinks and toppings to choose from, which I love. The inside of the store is very well decorated and is a cute place to chill and have a drink. Usually, bubble tea drinks are too sweet or flavourless, but Mo'Cha Bubble Tea knows how to incorporate flavour and capture the exact taste you are craving for. One of the workers, Mahi, was incredibly kind and had great customer service. She makes the drinks with quality and care. I can tell that the store and staff care about the customers experience.
