Service at this location is the absolute worst that we have experienced to date...

In recent years, Tim Horton restaurants on a whole have gone from bad to terrible...

In general, the majority of these restaurants are always rushing people through the counter or drive through and this location is no different...

When ordering two coffees and two lunches at the drive-thru, I was only able to request the first coffee as I was literally saying the last double for my double-double coffee when the servant immediately responded "is that all"...

After I said "I am not finished with my order", the servant did take the time to take my full order, repeated it back to me and the total came to under $20...

When I paid at the window, the coffees were correct and the lunch order was wrong...

Not only did they not provide only half the order, what they gave was not correct according to my request...

What's more, they charged me again for one of the orders that they neglected to provide, which I had already paid for...

When they gave me the second order, after I clarified what the full order was to include, they also gave me a slice of cheese in a sandwich bag, which they indicated was missing on the first order...

I pointed out, not only was I charged twice for one of the missing lunches, I now had to put together my own order with the separate cheese slice they provided in a bag...

Adding insult to injury, the second missing order, an English muffin with egg, had no egg!!!

Tim Horton corporate office needs to start cracking the whip and getting service standards to what they were before the service went seriously downhill...

Quality service standards are at their all time lowest at a majority of Tim Horton restaurants across Canada ans not enough is being done to ensure the service is at a higher standard...

We may only be just two customers and our choice whether we go to a Tim Hortons or not will not have any impact on the corporation, we are certainly done with visiting any Tim Hortons in...

My first time ever reviewing on a google map's place, I came here with my family for breakfast and it was HORRIBLE.

First of all, the person who took my order seemed to completely not know what she was doing, I ordered a classic bacon bagel BELT, told her that and she kept asking me if I wanted a sausage, if I wanted honey bacon or regular bacon. If I wanted honey bacon I could have ordered the honey bacon BELT not classic. I didn't think much of it but then she continued repeating herself to me even though I answered her multiple times, and in the end I had to point out to her my specific order on the menu for her to finally understand. It was extremely frustrating.

Secondly, I asked for a regular bagel bun BELT all for takeout. When the bagel came and we took it home, the bun was not regular but everything bagel bun when we specifically asked for regular

The most outrageous part of this all was, that I ordered two SAUSAGE bacon wraps, there was no sausage at all. I'd understand forgetting it in one wrap, but from both wraps I ordered neither had sausage in them. And I can't even think that the lady at the front misheard my order because besides the sausage bacon wrap there were only farmers wraps which had hash browns, so it was obvious this place totally skipped over my sausages. Both wraps also recieved no whole pieces of bacon, but tiny little bits that seemed more like crumbs at the bottom of the bacon container, both of those wraps recieved NO slices of bacon, only crumbs and small pieces. It was literally just an egg and wrap, I did not pay 8 dollars per wrap for them to skip out on the sausage and not even include a whole piece of bacon.

Finally the area that held the desserts like donuts and Tim bits was INFESTED with flies, I was going to order a donut but saw multiple flies crawling on the desserts. I don't have a picture but seeing other reviews it seems like this was a common issue. Disgusting...

On 02/06/2024, I visited this Tim Hortens around 5 pm. I saw that washroom of this place was so dirty, someone poop on the floor in the toilet. According to me and other witnesses it was done intentionally by two teen boys. Tim Hortens’s toilet should be clean it’s responsibility of the team members of Tim Hortens I agree on that but they should not clean this type of intentional activity. According to the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and law it is a crime to do latrine on floor. So if anything happened like this store authorities should inform police instead store supervisor forced two members of staff to clean that floor. One girl from staff cleaned it with her hands they even didn’t provide her any type of tool to clean that mess. That girl clean that all of that mess with her hands and no one from their staff cares about that. This is not acceptable. Management must inform about this to police and they cannot ask team members to clean it. I think Tim Hortens should take strick action against on this type of customers instead of asking staff member...
