I would like to share my feedback on Tim Hortons regarding their French vanilla coffee. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have received a substandard cup of French vanilla coffee. The taste was completely different, as if they were running out of flavor and diluting it by making two cups from the material of one. It was disappointing to not experience the usual French vanilla flavor that I enjoy at other Tim Hortons locations. I believe it is necessary for them to clean up or properly calibrate their machines to ensure consistent and accurate flavor profiles. Regrettably, it was too late for me to return to Tim Hortons for another cup, and I had to stay awake all night for work. I hope Tim Hortons addresses this issue to maintain their reputation for quality beverages

Every time we order coffee at this location either the employees don’t speak proper English and when they get the order wrong they are rude to the costumer. Their is always a problem at this location and when asked to talk to a manager and asked for her name she was also ignorant and rude and instead of saying sorry about their mistake she proceeded to argue with me on the telephone. People pay for service we don’t get the coffee for free they also expect you to check your coffee before you live the drive thru, when they should be doing their job probably that’s what they get paid for! I would advise to drive extra 5 minutes to go to another location. I will not be going to this location anymore as I been a customer for the past 10 years!

We came to this branch 1475 Victoria St N, Kitchener, ON on family day , Monday Feb 19 at 1:42 pm . We ordered a honey cruller donut in the drive through .. the first bite tasted old and bad. My partner went into the store to tell them .. the assistant manger ( Pratiba) was very rude , aggressive and hostile to my partner telling her, you lie it’s not old and we will not change it because it has a bite .. what a service we get from Tim Hortons since they are hiring cheap labours and branch managers from a specific ethnic group !!! How can we tell it’s old if we don’t have a bite ? Canada was beautiful with Tim Hortons but regretfully Tim Hortons, have become Canada’s worse food chain store that should be avoided all the time
