Not to get too personal, but it’s relevant, I have more than 12 years experiencing all areas of Customer Service. One of the employees at Tim Hortons her behaviour absolutely floored me. We order two coffees, a bagel and wrap. we scanned for points. I guess the scan didn’t work. I asked her why the discount didn’t apply And she responded with an attitude, To us in the car The attitude was so unexpected and undeserved that I actually said to her that “her attitude was unnecessary” Instead of apologizing as a properly trained employee would have done to continue serving the customer she rebuttal “ I don’t have an attitude” With even more of an attitude and whole body language, Looking at me out of the corner of her eyes, The whole 9 yards. Then she called the manager to the window to complete her transaction because she didn’t wanna deal with me anymore. I told the manager what had occurred The manager said it’s OK I’ll talk to her! I certainly didn’t feel like it was taken seriously They seemed kind of like friends, Because as I was explaining to the manager, what occurred the same employee in the background was yelling over the manager shoulder at me! Tim Hortons at Fairview Mall We work hard for our money And we expect to be treated with respect when we choose to spend it at your establishment, Even if it is just for a cup of coffee! Please train your staff properly ie/ your...
Read moreVery good service. Small business but they are also very good at making sure your happy. The store head manager is the best. If they have time they get to know their customers. Thing's are different than other Tim Horton's. There is a line between the corridor and is labeled for people to stand and wait for others ahead of them to wait until they turn then they are called to come up and order. I feel that with all Canada's newcomers they don't care about what this means to others, even their own kind. I come daily for a coffee before work and would periodically run into Canada's new comers that I had seen and explained the day before how everything works. Don't worry I will say but this mall has turned into another country were you don't know what 80% of the people don't want to meet or talk in Canada's two official languages. Thing's change but if I was too suggest and you can go to Conestoga Mall. After so many years of Fairview Park Mall it has become a DUMP!!!
This mall has closed up so many stores because of the price to rent which I am sorry for missing out on the great shopping experience I had utilized for so many years. If you're young and hungry or thirsty Horton's is waiting just for you and your family. Entrance #4 is close to your waiting...
Read moreHello, sorry to say that I have been thorough very rude behavior at the store. I had completed the survey and showed to one cashier girl. She accepted my survey and asked me what do I want. I said I want french vanilla. As they were closing in 20 mins, one male worker from the other hand came and said something to that girl in her ear and then after he came to me and said we are closing in about 20 mins so we have to clean all the stuff so we can't provide you french vannila, we have to refill it again. He haven't gave me French vannila and said that we have ice coffee if you want. I said no I want french vannila if you can give me. He just insulted me and provided my survey code again in my hand, and started helping the other person in line.
It was too rude behavior done by that male staff. I hope you will make an eye...
