I cannot rave enough about the veggie wrap 🥗and bowl at Macho Burritos! As a vegetarian, it can sometimes be difficult to find tasty and satisfying options at fast food joints, but Macho Burritos definitely delivers.

Let's start with the veggie wrap. It's packed full of fresh, crisp veggies like bell peppers 🫑 , onions 🧅 , and lettuce 🥬 , and it's all held together with a warm and toasty tortilla. The best part, though, is the protein - they use a delicious plant-based meat substitute that is so flavorful and satisfying, you won't even miss the real thing. And don't even get me started on the sauces! There are so many options to choose from, but I highly recommend the creamy avocado 🥑 sauce - it's the perfect complement to the veggies and protein.

Now, onto the bowl 🥗. This is the perfect option if you're looking to cut down on carbs, but still want all the delicious flavors and textures of the veggie wrap. Horrible reward/point system service. I frequent Mucho burrito often for many years now and this location very often and the food is always decent for the price but none of the staff know how to let me redeem my free burrito bowl I am entitled to from purchasing 9 burrito bowls even though the receipt says I have a free bowl/reward on it though. I have tried several times now and every time several staff get involved and it takes several minutes for them telling me different things and ultimately me not being able to claim my reward. I always provide a tip when I eat here but starting today after being refused my reward again and wasting more time and hassle as always because they do not know how so I did not tip today. From now on I will not attempt to scan my rewards card because it is just a waste of time and more of a hassle and I will not tip anymore in the future to compensate. I feel like the staff has not been trained correctly and may not be their fault but now they will be penalized with no tip because of this very poor system. I hope mucho burrito educates their staff on the reward program they offer in the future so other unsatisfied customers avoid this hassle. Do not offer a points program if you do...

Not impressed with there service. Burrito was mediocre… very Canadian, not Mexican. They were rude, didn’t seem to speak much English… I asked for water and they only sold bottles so I said I’ll pass on water. Then tried eating some of my burrito, the meat was so dry I was struggling to swallow it. Eventually had to bag for a glass of water… they gave me a tiny cardboard sauce cup sized for a small animal. The burrito was an absolute leaking mess running down my arms… so eating it in my car was not an option…. I needed all the napkins they gave me cuz it was so runny, then I asked for more, they gave me 2… I had bought another burrito to take back to my friend… so again I had to make a scene like the water just to ask for some extra napkins. It’s not my fault the burrito was a runny mess. They then waved me out when I asked for everything nicely. Seems like they have enough business, but I wouldn’t go back.
