If I could give zero stars I would.. we love the food here except the customer service is horrendous... every single time we’ve been here it’s always been an awful experience. The staff is very unfriendly and disorganized when it comes to putting the orders together. They are very rude if you have a question about the menu. One employee was texting while taking my order. The other time, an employee spent 21 minutes on her phone talking to who I assume was the manager about there being no bags left.. I didn’t need a bag, but instead my food sat and got cold and soggy. The third time, we were over charged for our food, they wouldn’t give us a refund but instead told us we needed to go get our bank statement to prove we had been charged twice even though it showed 2 receipts for the exact same amount. Today, I had ordered from my phone and when I told them I had ordered from mobile (not knowing they had an app) they gave me attitude and said “your order didn’t come through” and I showed them it said “confirmed” and they said “well it’s not in our system” and proceeded to walk away. Not even offering to help fix the problem or anything. I had to stand at the counter waiting for someone else to come up to talk to me, once they did, they told me SkipTheDishes pick up is different then mobile order (I didn’t know) and proceeded to make fun of me for not knowing the difference. They said “well why did she say mobile order if it was skip?” And the other staff member laughed and said “I don’t know” with a snarky smirk. Super unimpressed and I’m sure this probably won’t happen to many others, but I can definitely say I am not happy and will only get SkipTheDishes to deliver so I no longer have to deal with these under trained/ under...
Read moreIf I could give NEGATIVE Stars I would! I was a regular customer of this restaurant for quite sometime. On June 23rd I ordered my regular meal of chicken & shrimp with extra chicken to go. Once I got home I noticed there wasn't any shrimp and there definitely wasn't any extra chicken. I called the restaurant immediately and notified them of the issue. The gentleman I talked with on the phone had broken English but took my name, phone number and the problem that occurred and said to mention the details the next time I was in. After returning from vacation, today I visited the restaurant and notified the women working at the counter of my previous issue. She went and told the cook ( unsure if he is the manager ) and he came to chat with me. I explained the situation and he said the person I spoke with only wrote down the missing shrimp. I explained that I told the person on the phone about both missing items, the missing shrimp and the missing extra chicken. He said he would not offer the extra chicken that was missed as it wasn't written down. I told him I was a regular customer and "this is a joke". This time I ordered dinner for my family and one item I paid for wasn’t given to me and another I ordered wasn’t included in my order (I didn’t pay extra for that one item). Then I didn’t get a bag to carry all of the items and when I asked for one, the guy behind the counter nonchalantly just grabbed a bag and gave it to me like he didn’t care. I was going to complain about the missing items but I never even got a receipt and when I challenged him about the one missing item the guy couldn't find the proper receipt see what was supposed to be on the order. They weren’t even remotely busy when I was there. This place just opened. If this keeps up they won’t be there long. Time to find a new place to get...
