I usually have a great service, but it's been 3 times that my order is taken by the same person, and sadly 3 times I have mistakes in my order. They were very busy, but when busy I believe you will have to have a better system to keep up with the orders. No sauce in one dish, missing meat yeros in another plate, double salad instead of fries🙄 will see if I continue going to this location. Oh and when the people inside your restaurant received the order they stay inside waiting for friends to get their orders meanwhile us costumers freezing outside. 🥶 maybe you can tell them to leave as soon they received their order so you won't loose customers, criticism is the best tool to...

Warning of unsanitary food manipulation practices!!!!

Back in summer 2022, I had ordered two Gyros. To my surprise, I had found a used band aid inside one of the two gyro... and yes it got to my mouth, and yes I bit into it. Absolutely nasty. That is considered food poisoning. I had left a complaint on their website, but they never contacted me back, all I received was a sorry and a tiny credit from Doordash.

First time coming here they did not have what I ordered in stock... Thankfully another location did so I had to drive out 20 mins and the manager had speed up the process🙌🏾..... Second time I came I called in advance and they told me they had it when I arrived it was still being cooked/prepared which could have been stated on the call that was made.... After it was prepared they told me I would have to wait an additional ten mins due to the fact that the person that came in after me had paid first.... It's just definitely the last time I visit this...
