Pandora - Beautiful Venue, Terrible Service

I recently visited Pandora for a bachelorette party yesterday night and while the venue itself was beautiful and the food was enjoyable, the service was far from satisfactory. Our server, Yina, seemed unfamiliar with the menu and consistently forgot to bring out drinks, with some arriving 35 minutes later than ordered. This made our experience feel disjointed and frustrating, especially considering the importance of the event.

To make matters worse, all of the bills were completely messed up our bills and insisted that if we didn’t pay for the errors, it would come out of her pocket. Once we were trying to pay she said that she had other tables to see and neglected the idea that we wanted to pay and leave.This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and put a damper on what should have been a joyful occasion. Despite speaking with the manager three times, no compensation or effort was made to rectify the situation, even though the mistakes were acknowledged.

Adding to the frustration, we were supposed to receive a complimentary bottle as part of our celebration, which our server failed to mention until four hours into our dinner. Even then, she didn’t bring it out while the bride was at the table, missing the whole point of the gesture.

In summary, Pandora might look nice, and the food might be good, but the service was incredibly disappointing. For such an important event, this was not the experience we expected. I hope they can improve their service because it’s a shame to see a lovely venue overshadowed by such poor management and staff...

I was there last night for a bachelorette dinner and honestly we should have gone elsewhere. The food and the drinks were good but the service is what made the experience a terrible one. We had to remind our server multiple times that we are waiting on certain things and took time to provide us what we needed. As for when it came down to pay for our bills, the server had difficulty charging the right items to each individual, mentioned that the tip was minimum 18% not less, when we realized that some individuals were charged twice the amount, the manager got involved.

The manager did not bother to try to fix the issue, she confirmed it was an error on their end for the overcharging on certain items and instead of refunding the difference, they refused and told us to go figure it out among us.

Terrible service, this could’ve been handled...

First time there and probably won't go back if it's not for a specific event.

Chose the shrimp dish with manioc fries. It was ok.

The Ceasars salad was a disgrace with the simili bacon and bland croutons.

The steak was cooked as I'd asked (medium rare), but only served with fries, no vegetables or some sort of presentation.

The dessert.....some items from the menu resembled Costco food...no offense, but the menu needs some love.

The DJ started ok, but the crowd is way too young. Not my scene, so I'll leave it to the youngsters.

The servers should let people know in advance after supper that the table will only be for bottle service customers.

Did not liked that our group was asked to switch places when we had already spent a good amount there.
