What a terrible experience. The first red flag was when a group of 3 people left because they had waited 10min and the line didn’t move. I decided to stick it out because I was bringing lunch for my sister. They were only 3 employees, a girl at the cash and 2 men making the food. You will never see slower service. They were so lost with their orders and confused when given explanations. I asked the cashier for a soup and a pad see ew with the chicken from the general tao. She prepared the soup right away although it took 20 more minutes to get the main meal... Needless to say the soup was cold and overcooked soggy. Then she couldn’t give me my BonApp points. And finally I noticed that my bill said general Tao with the noodles of the pad see ew which is not at all what I ordered, I’d be getting the sauce and veggies from the general Tao when I want the ones in the pad see ew with simply an extra fried chicken. I watched all 3 of them stand for 5 minutes discussing my order and how they were going to do this while 5 people were waiting in line staring at them not understanding what was so confusing. The food experience from this restaurant was disgusting enough for me to garbage the food and ran to write reviews online.

We had Pad Thai and green curry with sea food. Each meal had "hand counted" 4 pieces of shrimp and green curry hardly had any "curry". It is already cheap trying to put curry and rice on the same container as if customers would not realise how poor value for money it is. I am sure, like us, many customers would not show their face for the second time. If this is a franchise business, i bet the owners are stuck and cannot make money with this "stingy" model.

For Pad Thai, there was spicy and extra spicy. We asked for Spicy. Trust us- we do eat spicy food this Pad Thai was "beyond" human consumption. I have kept the photos of the food and i am sure if they replicate the same coloured meal- this is not something a normal human would can eat.

I came here on a Wednesday for lunch and was disappointed by the food and service. The customer service was poor. I was barely able to hear the lady at the cash speak since she had her mask on. I made her repeat and she seemed to get frustrated over that. I later realised she was on her phone in a call with someone and wanted to get back to it as soon as possible. I had a general thairacha and that in itself was okay. Nothing too great about it. I took it as a combo and the spring roll was absolutely disgusting. It was too oily and had no taste to it. Their soda machine was broken so they gave me a pepsi from the fridge but it wasn't even cold. I've been noticing lately that the price of Thai Express increased but the quality of food deminished. If you are going to increase the prices, make sure quality stays the same or...
