I was initially surprised by the lack of an English menu at this Montreal milk tea shop, considering the city's bilingual nature. However, Billy's exceptional service in patiently helping me navigate the French menu and find a drink I liked deserves commendation. Despite the language barrier issue, Billy's assistance turned my potential low rating into a positive experience. The management should consider recognizing and rewarding employees like Billy for their outstanding customer service. Not consistence with the drinks. I’ve been there 4 times, only 1 time was above average. It always takes 10-15 minutes to take orders for some reason. Especially when there’s less than 10 customers but the staff takes about 20-25 minutes time to get a few drinks done.

I would gladly pay 12$ for a drink if it’s good because I’ve had Tiger Sugar in Taiwan, NYC, Toronto and Ottawa and it’s always 10/10.

However, this one just doesn’t hit the spot. The key ingredient of the drink is the brown sugar, that’s what makes it stands out. But when the ratio is off, you can only taste the milk 😕

Not sure that I want to give it another try. I’ll just do roadtrips to other cities to get my Tiger...

Really Trying to get away scamming Montrealers. I ordered my food uber eats. Which was never delivered. I called the merchant they confirmed my food was not picked up. Every time a delivery person come to pickup the restaurant must verify before handing over the food to the driver. These scammers Tiger Sugar Laval admitted that my food was never picked up. And then proceed to tell me they cannot arrange another delivery but have already charged my credit card. And also refused to give me the refund.

Rather told me to contact uber where it shows my order is delivered. They are trying to make a quick bucks without selling anything. What kind of business...
