Went there for the first time on January 13, 2023 and can't say I would ever go back. It was fabulous having all the options of games but having no service was disappointing. I was there with a group of about 12 people and only 1 person had ever been there before. It took 45 minutes to get a beverage and another hour to get deep fried appetizers. The server acted like we didn't exist even though she walked by our table serving the rest of the customers. This place would be better if they had a staff member at the bar and you could order your food and beverage from that person. We had to bus our own table to make room to play the game and somehow the waitress was surprised when no one at our table tipped. The managers attitude was shocking as he didn't want to talk about the terrible experience he just wanted to know if we had fun playing a game. We were shocked and disappointed that a manager would reply with such a no-fs-given attitude.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I have no idea how this place is still in business, and last night they lost 12...

First time there last night with a group of 12. Loved the atmosphere and games. We had a great time.

Not so great was the service. An hour to just get a drink. Another hour before our fries came out. Had to clear our own table from food so we could play. Had to track down staff to get refills every time. Talked to a server and excuses made. One in our group talked to the manager (who didn’t help his way behind staff because he was playing games all night) blew us off saying they were busy……but did we at least have a good time playing games? Seriously it’s a busy Friday night. Staff appropriately for your reservations and maybe the manager should get up and help instead of spending his shift playing games with his friends. If an owner sees this I would love to talk to you! 11/12 if our group it was our first time there. Probably our last too.

Went here for the first time ever on January 13, with a group of 12 woman. Loved the selection of games, the service lead a lot to be desired. We had to flag down the server repeatedly to get drink refills or even a drink. Those of us ordered food had to ask a few times where our food was and we ordered simple stuff like a shared deep fried platter, 2 poutines, and some side orders of fries and a pasta salad, it took 45 minutes to get our food. We had to bus our own table, go up to the bar for refills a few times. When I left I complained to the waitress about it and she couldn’t have cared less about my complaint, and never mentioned any type of compensation for the poor service my friends and I received. When one of them complained to the manager they got the same type of response. As this was my first time going here, I can guarantee that I will not be returning again, and will be telling my all my other friends...
