Buddy! I don't mind tellin' ya, the wings here are SICK! However, therein lies the issue here.. holy crow that was a frig around just trying to get some the last visit. We placed our orders on the little papers and brought 'em up and paid for em. Half the table got their orders although the server couldn't name one flavour as part of them. Not a huge deal she may have been new. They were half done before their dips showed up and we still hadn't gotten our order. One of our cohorts shot up to the window and inquired and the response was "We can give you your number placard back if it makes you feel better" Since that didn't make a lick of sense, obviously he declined. They had finished their food and I now went to the booth to ask where our orders were.. allegedly our number placard was at the wrong side of the table and gottej taken away.. which.. shouldn't.. that's still a head scratcher.

They gave me a fresh number placard and we continued to wait for the order. It was brought out after having been remade which I suppose was nice to have fresh food, except for an item being WILDLY over fried.. could have hit the roulette table with those pickle chips. Wings still ruled.. never discount those wings. The- A manager offered a refund.. of a twenty dollar bill on a twenty six dollar order... Likely gratuity was included in the refund which I don't blame the venue for but our assinine tipping culture.. not sure the dismissiveness and refusal to apologize for sub par service should garner a twenty three percent tip but thems the breaks.

Anyways.. great games and food.. service this time was cooked but honestly a damn good wing and game spot. Just a bad experience this...

Awesome place. They have a very "pub" kind of vibe, but kids are welcome until 9. Service is fast at the bar even when there is only one guy bartending. They have a decent amount of games to choose from. Never had any issues with cleanliness, even the washrooms have always been clean. They have security there at night so I feel safe if I am outside for a cigarette. I have not tried any of the food (usually too busy playing games to even think about food) but they do have pub style food available. All in all, I definitely suggest checking it out... especially if a night of drinks and/or arcade games sounds like a fun night to you. FYI all the games take loonies, but if you don't have change there are change machines onsite, no need to weigh your pants down with change...

Absolutely terrible service all around!!! Waited more than 15 minutes at this wraparound bar that they have, my group, and I were constantly refused service. Even though we made multiple attempts to flag down different bartenders, they absolutely treated us like we were invisible! Too busy, treating white people who barely tip to come to our group to take our order because we have someone who is native in our group! 😤 don’t waste your money here if you want to have a good time, go to another place, because this place is arrogant and biased 😤😡 way to lose a good customer base, will be letting others know of our story as well so they could stay...
