Steel & Vines — Restaurant in Lethbridge

This a different kind of restaurant it’s the kind that say I don’t want a big meal I wanted more to socialize with friends and just relax A place where you have a drink and share your food. I do like the concept. However I wish it had a little more variety not necessary for the food but for the drinks. Yes the wine is excellent choices. But would like to see a different variety of other drinks. The drinks are very strong however there is only about 7 different drinks and they don’t really know how to make anything different. I recommend that every night they should have one two special drinks that makes things more interesting. Like for example when it’s a summer evening a pitcher of sangria would make a nice choice. Or a selection of Italian sofas. Those are ver easy to make and brings a nice fun atmosphere. Lastly I would recommend a soft kind of music just to dampen the sound as it does get kind of noise. Steel and Vines is an absolute must go for anyone in Lethbridge or passing through. From the amazing drink selection to the perfectly crafted sharable plates, everything is perfect! Not to mention, the service was exceptional. My family went to celebrate some birthdays and could not have picked a better place to do it. The atmosphere is relaxed and fresh. We tried several wines, cocktails and dishes from the menu. Each being better than the last. I'd have to say the charcuterie board and the lavender cocktail were the highlights for me, but again everything was pretty amazing. What I really loved is how knowledgable the staff was in guiding our experience, and they were able to craft a special cocktail for us when we wanted a blend of two they had. The last point I wanted to include is that they support local artists in their restaurant by hanging their art that's available for purchase to decorate and I just love to see that. We will...

As soon as I walked into Steel and Vines, I felt like I had found my new favourite spot. The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting, and the staff were just fantastic. They were so knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel at home. And let me tell you, the food was beyond amazing! It wasn't just great, it was delicious! And the drinks were so inspiring. Amara knows how to mix up some of the best cocktails in town.

As I was going through the menu, I couldn't help but notice the passion that Randal and Jake have for food. They use locally sourced ingredients and create unique and flavorful dishes! And if you're a wine lover, you're in for a treat! The owners are just as passionate about wine as they are about food, and they hold events where they bring in experts and winemakers for wine tastings.
