Picked up my two pizza order and brought home only to find that they had added feta to the wrong pizza. The one with feta had onions to which the person who likes feta is allergic and the others can't tolerate. I called to complain only to be offered an apology being told that was all she could offer. I asked for a manager and got the assistant who offered 10% off the next order. I said one of the two pizzas I paid for is not going to be eaten so how is 10% fair? After a bit she offered 20%. I told her that was hardly fair either. She asked to call me back in 5 minutes which she did and said that she could give 50% off the next order. So basically grudgingly they offered to compensate me for the pizza that was being thrown in the garbage as long as I give them more business. After completing my payment and returning to pick up my order at the 15-minute mark, I arrived home about 5 minutes later, only to be disappointed by the condition of the pizza. It appeared stale, resembling leftovers that had been sitting out for several days, and emitted an off-putting smell. Additionally, the crust was excessively overcooked.

I stopped eating here for a long time as the previous employees were not hygenic. I went in and realized the staff changed over so I figured I'd try it again. Today I went in, ordered food, paid cash. I must've caught him mid pizza prep cos his hands were very greasy and had food on the back of his hands. He gave me my change, I was ready to cancel my order at that moment. I got my food and watched him proceed to continue to finish the pizza I interrupted him making. This guy clearly doesn't follow food safe standards and I will not be stepping foot into that place again.
