Wow! I think this was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s, possibly even at a fast food restaurant overall. They put an unsupervised trainee on the till, during peak dinner rush. She eventually called a team lead, named Douglas, who still couldn’t get my order right. They called over s manager, Kyra, who was exceptionally rude to me. When my order finally arrives, it is missing items, so I have to go back, and get what was missed. Then I have to go back because they made my daughters burger wrong. At this point I ask for my refund, because they have screwed up so much. While Kyra is processing my refund, my daughter returns, because the burgers that they screwed up and remade, are still wrong, so they need to be remade again! I finally get to sit to eat my now cold food, because the AC, is on max. I go to get ketchup, and the one and only ketchup dispenser is out of order, so I have to go back to the counter AGAIN, to get ketchup packets. I had specifically mentioned that the kids wanted ketchup for their nuggets and fries when I was ordering, yet Douglas, a team lead, never thought that the broken ketchup dispenser was worth mentioning. Read moreNovember 14th 5:30am. Wow, all I wanted was a BLT no cheese no egg. I expressed that, and when I drove away, realized I had both on my sandwich, their cheese always makes me sick so I can’t eat. I went back through, the lady who took the order was lovely but I don’t think the kitchen listened at all, I saw her modifications on the screen were correct. I got a new sandwich and this time there was only lettuce and bacon on it. So I drove back through, and the lady that gave me the food said they were out of tomatoes… I was surprised that that wouldn’t have been mentioned since it’s a pretty big part of a BLT. Honestly, I don’t even think it was true I believe she just wanted to get rid of me at that point. Anyways, she gave me a refund- for the egg BLT. So I made a dollar for wasting half an hour of my time. The times they’ve actually got it right here my BLT has been burnt or soggy. I won’t even bother with the manager because they will probably replace them when they realize business is down 1000% percent due to lack of consistency. I worked at McDonald’s for four years and this place is a joke, my boss would have scalped us if we ran the place like that. I come here on my way to work around 5:20 every morning. In the past week, they have screwed up my coffee twice. The drive thru line had been taking 8+ mins even with only one car in front of me every day. My order isn't difficult- a coffee with three milks. I can't have cream for health reasons, and today the manager made my coffee with three creams, so I had to throw it out when I got to work. It's 1$ coffee week, and she tried to charge me 2$ for a large coffee, and this was after waiting for 5+ mins at the till for someone to help me, since there was only one poor girl trying to do the drive thru and the till- I specifically went into the lobby today so I could expedite getting a coffee and to make sure they didn't mess it up.
Last week it was made as a double double (or something with both cream and sugar). Again, for health reasons I can't have cream, and I absolutely never put sugar in my coffee. Total let down, not that I have high expectations for McDonald's, but they can't even get a...
