WORST SERVICE EVER - NO REFUND OFFERED . (Jan 11, 2024) I ordered a 9" Gluten Free Hawaiian and a 12" Meat Lovers. Drove to pick it up. When I got home with the food, i realized it was wrong. They gave me a personal size meat lovers and medium Hawaiian, neither gluten free. I tried calling 3 times and kept getting rude pizza hut customer service order people. I drove back to the location and explained their error. He said they do not have gluten free crust. He asked for me to show him on the website where it says 9" gluten free crust. I showed him. He said that must be another Pizza hut website...............(really??) I had to explain to the manager that his business only has the one site.
He offer to replace it with a cookie, other items or another pizza. I asked if he even knew what gluten was. He did not. I was speaking with the manager. Scary. He kept trying to offer other items. I explained I did not want a larger pizza that only I can eat and my wife nothing. Plus I would have to wait another 25 minutes. And they have nothing in the location gluten free.
I asked for a refund as it was their mistake. He said they do not offer refunds. I asked for a gift card, he said no. At no point was he rude, so at least there was that. He kept saying sorry....but that wasn't solving anything.
I asked for him to call the owner, which he did and the owner said no. So I paid $31.05 for pizza i did not get. Great job owner. You should be ASHAMED. You could have solved this owner.
I have contacted Pizza Hut Canada to get my refund and hopefully shame this owner. NEVER AGAIN will I visit your location and I will make this known to as many people as possible. I am guessing the owner will not care. He probably thinks I was trying to screw him over.
Jan 22: UPDATE...Still no call, email or anything from Pizza Hut, the owner, or anyone. I guess $31 means a lot to this business. All the money spent to get new customers, and lose one over $31.    Read moreThis is without a doubt the worst store location I ever went to within the Pizza Hut chain. We went there to order 2 pizzas for take out and we asked whether there were any specials going on that we could look at. The person who came to assist us said the only special they had was for a triple crust pizza. We told her that we are not interested in that and she confirmed that there was no specials for 2 pizzas right now. However, only after leaving the restaurant did we see that they did in fact have a special going on and it was posted on a window at the front. Despite this, no one told us when we asked.
Before we could continue placing the order, another person came and said that she will take the order instead. While we were giving the order, another employee came to talk to the person who was now assisting us and in the middle of us placing our order, the woman turned away from us and started a conversation with her coworker. After two whole minutes of waiting for their conversation to finish, she took our order and we had to repeat ourselves 3 times before it was correctly taken.
After we placed the order, we asked whether we can use the washroom. The woman who had taken our order said "It is out of order, we have a sign on the door of the washroom, you didn't see it?" Her tone was incredibly condescending and she was very rude about it.
As if the service wasn't bad enough, the pizza was also horrible. The ingredients were not evenly spread and incredibly sparse, some pieces didn't have any toppings at all (besides the cheese). We have gotten pizza from Pizza Hut many times so we know the usual standard that they hold and this did not meet it.
If I could give them a 0 for the review, I would do it. Overall, the staff were rude, not knowledgeable about what they were doing, didn't care about customer service and pinched pennies when it came to the...

Three weeks ago, my wife intended to order pizza at the Leslie & Major Mac location but accidentally placed the order at this location. We called and see if we can cancel the order. The staff said they couldn't cancel the order and refund the money through the phone. So my wife said we would drop by the store later and do the refund of payment. But the staff told us we didn't need to come andthey will just give us the same pizza we ordered (1 medium Hawaiian and 1 medium Canadian stuffed crust) next time. And he promised he would write down a note on the board so that their staff would know about this order. Two weeks ago, we called to claim the order at 6 and the staff said he can't find the note but he would get back to us after he called the manager. So he called us back at 9 the same night and promised that he will write the note this time. Today, we went to store again at 5:40 to pick up the pizza from our original order. The staff said they ran out of medium pizza and they would make us an extra large pizza with half Canadian (Without stuffed crust) and half Hawaiian. So we were like sure although we knew the staff was lying because it was before 6 on a Sunday. 20 minutes after, the staff gave an extra large pizza with Hawaiian only and he said he made a mistake. He asked if we can wait for 10 min and he would make the right one. So we said sure and we would wait for 10 min. Another staff then came and told us they ran out of the ingredients for Canadian favour. He even opened the fridge to show us and he said he gave us all they have to make Hawaiian pizza. (He only showed us half of the fridge btw). Obviously, this was an another lie and they were just trying to cover up their mistake with lies.
