I was skeptical about shock-frozen cakes but it turned out that it tasted absolutely delicious and the texture is right. I had the January 2021 flight. The cakes are not overly sweet and light to eat. Nami was very friendly and walked me through the instructions to thaw it properly. There is also a brochure included with the same instructions.
The convenience of having delicious patisseries always available in the fridge is a godsend to me. High-end cakes are usually sold out before afternoon in many patisseries, and they don't stay fresh for long. Now I don't have to rush to patisseries every morning when I want some good cakes.

My favourites were the matcha and the strawberry shortcake. The cakes were super flavourful and not overly sweet. The presentation is beautiful and they come in a box that is easy to transport. Nami even included some cute mini madelaines as well :) I found the pricing quite good for the quality of the desserts. Read moreI tried the assortment of 5 different small cakes (Ito Flight Deck) for my wife for mother's day. All I can say is calling these desserts is a complete understatement - they were masterfully made CREATIONS! Wow! What presentation and taste.
My wife is from Japan and is INCREDIBLY PICKY about desserts. The cakes were light, tasted great, just the right amount of sweetness, and made with the best ingredients.
Definitely worth the price and unlike anything you will find in any bakery. Just by looking at the cakes, you can see the amount of effort (and PASSION) that went into making them.
