Convenient Location: Being close to my workplace makes it a convenient stop for my daily coffee and breakfast.

This place serves you cold coffee regardless of the season. Even the replacement coffee is the same.
You shop across Canada, rural and small towns, and you will get all 5-star service.
Just came from a business trip to Nova Scotia, and you won't believe the service you receive across the 16-hour trip at any on-the-run station.
The drive-thru associate here (an old man) is not courteous and he is always in a rush making you stressed even though there is no lineup or a rush in the drive-thru behind you.
The younger associate who replaced my coffee seemed to be alert and caring. Such motivated and professional folks need to be the first point of contact. Ppl come here and shop bc they want to support local and Canadian brands however, they are served old and cold coffee despite the store being privileged.
As a business owner, I understand and value ongoing and consistent training as the core of any successful business. Here, the command is doing it otherwise. Sometimes the service here makes me visit McDonald's south of this location.

A staff member named Nivisha at the drive-thru was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive.
I ordered two coffees and one sandwich and asked to redeem my points. Nivisha repeatedly responded with an impatient, “What do you want?” tone. When I asked for a receipt to confirm the points were applied, she told me I’d get it with the sandwich in the parking lot. While waiting, I realized the order was wrong.
Staff brought the sandwich but still no receipt. I pointed out the mistake and was told to go back through the drive-thru. After waiting again, Nivisha demanded I return the wrong coffee (which had already been taken by another staff member). I explained that, but she didn’t listen and yelled at me to give it back again. When I finally got the correct items and asked to check the receipt, she rolled her eyes and told me to “go check it in the parking lot.”
This was completely unprofessional. If the restaurant makes a mistake, don’t punish the customer. And if you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on people just trying to get their order. Train your staff to treat customers with...
