Worst Wendy’s experience EVER! Don’t know what the drive through girl was smoking. She seems to be of South Asian background. I ordered the kids meal which included chicken nuggets and fries for my 2 year old. When I got to the window to pay, I asked for the toy/goodie bag that they usually give kids with their meals. The girl refused and said this is not a kids meal!!! I said I just ordered it from your menu and the nuggets are listed under the kids menu. She simply said NO and closed the window. When she returned to give me the food, my son was extremely upset and crying in the back seat. I asked the girl that she needs to review her menu again, and it is extremely rude of her to refuse a free toy that in fact comes with the kids meal. She then tells me okkk I will give it to you this time. I refused to take the toy and drove away. It was just ridiculous how this girl was behaving as if I wanted the toy for myself! Never returning to this...

This post is for general information for all the people who are stoping and eating at this particular Wendy location.. early in the morning today(30 nov) my partner bought food from there and it was dark and he cannot see and ate that stale food , when he came and was about to eat the left over food, he realized there is fungal growth around the bun. This is the poison that they are serving people. This shows how much fresh food they are making. Literally have some shame serving stale fungal food to people. I want to ask all those shameless workers working there and serving this to my family , what if someone feed your family stale fungal food and they fall sick,how would you feel. Your guys are disgusting and may be there should be a complaint against you with York region and they should recall your location. This is beyond disgusting and pathetic . Hopefully I find tomorrow to follow with the manager about what are you actually...

I have visited this location a few times now. I went through the drive thru with my boyfriend, and he got his food, but they forgot my order. A worker came jogging out to our car to confirm if we got our food (we parked to eat) and we were missing what I ordered. We then came back another time and ordered 2 different sandwiches. I asked for the asiago chicken club, classic. I was given a piece of chicken between two buns with nothing else on it. We had gone through the drive thru and then went back and the worker told us that we ordered it plain, when the receipt did not indicate at all that we ordered a plain asiago chicken club. I said 'classic', I never said plain. If I wanted a plain chicken sandwich, I would have ordered a plain sandwich. For the sake of not starting an argument with the worker, we just left, but I was incredibly disappointed by the attitude of the worker and went home...
