This Tim Hortons is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I ordered a large ice coffee yet it tasted like milk with ice and tons of sugar. It didn’t taste like coffee at all. When I came up to one of them, I believe her name is Iris (I was already at the front of the line) she ask who made the ice coffee and go to the one who made it. She seem like she didn’t want to deal with us considering it’s their fault for not knowing how to make the ice coffee right. My boyfriend and I also ordered two regular size chili and he got a full size bun while the other chili only got half. So my boyfriend complained and they claimed they ran out of bread, and thus gave us only a half, without even bothering to let us know or offering other options given that we were paying a full price for something that fell short. The customer service is atrocious and they have the nerve to give us attitude when the situation is purely the result of their incompetence, and quite frankly dishonesty. It doesn’t bother me that they ran out of white bread, what bothers me is that they would have me pay the full price for a half a bread, without letting me know me know about the situation or offering a discount or other option. Irish, the one who made the chilli, also had a very condescending attitude and irritated tone. My mother tried explaining how she’s been waiting; And hasn’t moved since. Yet the worker kept on insisting that she was lying. They spoke to her as if she was incompetent or as if she was a child saying “you already get it, GO”.
