Yesterday I went to order pizza for my daughter's birthday, the place was very busy but the owner Asad was so calm , kind , polite and treated each customer with class , there was a backup and as the customers waited for there pizza he made sure to thank them for waiting and gave each customer a drink to take with there order as his gesture of kindness! I got my pizza one was wrong I didn't want to wait so I left the other staff took my number, today I received a personal call from the owner Asad! I was so surprised that he took the time to call me and wanted to make sure he could make it right for me! Unbelievable customer service, this is what every owner should do take that extra time to make things right whenever something goes wrong! Amazing Pizza lots of cheese and toppings always, amazing customer service amazing staff ! Thank you so much Asad you've got yourself a life long customer...

It was worse experience at this location. We ordered XL pizza yesterday and today as well. Yesterday as per standard toppings, its not enough on the pizza and when I ordered today at 12:49PM I told to put enough toppings so it looks like on XL. I also ordered three dipping sauces and what we got one dipping sauce when we called back around 1:27PM, same lady picked up the phone, she was so rude and don’t know how to deal with customers. She was speaking loudly and her tone was dominating. In response, she said “we will throw two dipping sauces next time when you will come” what’s the meaning of ‘Throw’ here. She was considering customer as garbage to throw the food on the face. Clearly putting the blame on us. She has to learn how to speak politely either she was frustrated or tired, its not customer’s...

Had the worst pizza ordering experience of my life from this location, avoid at all costs!!! Made an order online with a coupon code provided via email. Received 4 phone calls asking us where we got the coupon code before processing our order. Then we were told they didn’t have one of the toppings we ordered. We said we’d like to cancel because of the 20 minute game of phone tag interrogating us about our coupon code (from the Gino’s website).
