McDonald's — Restaurant in Milton

This is third time , I had to wait for good 30 min on the given spot , when these guys don’t keep a track of orders and spot given to park on , then no point of taking the money , no courtesy of asking back if anyone is waiting on the reserved spot , so unprofessional and Ill mannerd staff , the lady who took the money was not in uniform … few times they handed me wrong order, when it comes to me they said oh we didn’t know what you order , if you guys don’t know what’s my order then why asking me to go on a spot and wait for good 30 40 mins … and then asking me to repeat your order , dirty food incomplete food most of the time !! Plz who ever is the owner I request to change your management specially afternoon during the weekdays … and honestly they kept me waiting when there was no line up ! Or this location should be taken away and run under someone else who ever is running it’s a mess ,unprofessional staff , I never go inside coz it’s always dirty ! The manager working on Wednesday afternoon around 3 30 pm the shift and staff who were taking care of cash and food handling is awful , instead of taking care giving hard time and attitude !! I request to plZ provide them good training to your manager on that shift and the workers of time management and order taking and managing skills … if you don’t remember what’s my order or throw the receipts or don’t know how to check back then no point of sending to any parking waiting spot and never bothered back to ask !! Terrible exprince it’s my third time I waited with my small kids that’s why I’m writing it down , plZ keep check or handover this location to someone else who can professionally manage and keep track on orders … not jus taking ppl money and wasting their time for unskilled behaviour !! Better someone else run this place who ever the owner is … this location is terrible , poorly managed !! I make videos and pics which I’ll send to McDonald’s headquarter .. food you guys serve , always incomplete order , loosing track , how your staff replied and talk , dirty...

Visited at 3:40 am on Sat Sept. 22nd.

3 cars in the drive-thru line and it took about 10 minutes each car. I ordered a Filet-o-Fish combo with a coffee. The sandwich was almost luke warm and the coffee was not a double-double and cold.

Infuriating to see 4 - 6 ppl clearly lounging around and 1 running around especially when screwing up simple order.

Absolutley ridiculous service and quality.

This is a real clown of a place.

The location is amazing right beside schools, residential homes and the sports arena - so one would think they have their service down but it is far from it.

Be very careful navigating the poorly designed parking lot if you intend to eat in. Even if your doing drive thru be careful as it exits to were pedestrians must cross and cars are trying to leave from parking.

We've been here almost once a week since opening. And there always seems to be some sort of chaos with someone's order. We've been lucky for the most part but the wait times are horrendous. It is almost as if they are encouraging you to order online and pickup.

It seems like the staff have not been trained well or moral is so bad they don't care and that is strange for McD's. Also a few times the orders took so long the food was not even warm - but most of the time trying to go back in and fix isn't worth the time or effort.

The location is perfect as we pass by it daily but if something else opens up with a modicum of improved service I'd bet customers will go...

I've been here a few times and most times they get my order wrong, like giving me a regular cheeseburger when I ask for a double and pay for the double. But this one time takes the cake a while back. I was in the drive -thru and ordered food for the family and my son wanted a happy meal. I was asked if I wanted a toy with the meal or a book, so I said" Toy". Then I also asked for Apple juice for the drink in that meal. When I was asked what sauce I wanted with the nuggets I ordered I asked for a handful of ketchup instead. The woman on the speaker then told me I can't have a handful and to tell her how many packs specifically. so I said about 20 packs. I had about a $70 order in total and she refused to give me 20 packs. At the window she called her manager and the manager then says we can't give you 20 packs that's too many so she says to me, "How bout I just give you a handful". I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Anyways when I got home with my order I realized they gave me a book instead of a toy, even though they asked me which one I wanted and they didn't give me any apple juice for the happy meal. This place has the worst service of all McDonalds I have...
