Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Milton

Staff here has no manners. The taste of coffee here sucks big time even in the mornings. The staff is unreasonably rude esp the ladies at the front cash & even at drive through. Their attitude is like they are giving away free coffee. The old lady at the front cash during mornings is the most rude. Like I understand, being a certain age, its hard to work but a little courtesy goes a long way. I wanted to swipe for my points on Tims app, she said why aren't you paying? I told her I was swiping to attain my points first. She said OK please do it fast. I have always seen her in clash with other customers. She is absolutely disrespectful & without manners. Even during busy times, they are only using 1 cqsh counter to assist a long line up of customers. They say their location is open till 11 pm, but they always lock their doors at 10 pm. They say only their drive through is open between 10 & 11 pm. I went through their drive through & even then they said they are out of coffee. This location & some other locations around Milton are being mis managed by a rude East Indian lady. She has brought East Indian standards to a civilized nation. Its not about the ethnicity, but more about respect, empathy, positive workplace & non-rushed service. God helps...

Being at the hospital can be a long and stressful experience, so having a Tim Hortons right inside is such a comfort. I decided to dine in and it truly brightened my day.

This Tim's is a lifesaver at Milton District Hospital. There is always a line up so I ordered on the app the 2nd time around. The line moved very fast and they definitely do keep up the pace with demand and the staff are super kind and will let you know if the order is slightly behind than usual wait times. The food and coffee is better than most locations I've been to. My only small complaint would be that they aren't 24/7 but that's just me...
