So, I have ordered from here easily 30 times or more, now. I had to change my stars to 1 - as much as I hate to do this, because when it's good it's excellent, I can no longer recommend this establishment in any way whatsoever.

They're always super apologetic over the phone, but I've stopped reporting it to them; For one, it just makes you feel like a complainy customer, even if it's legitimate issues, when it's such a common occurrence. Secondly, it makes no difference - they apologise, do nothing about it(occasionally they offer a replacement item on your next order), and apparently don't even tell the kitchen(or actually care at all), because the mistakes are always the same ones, and repeated often.

Half the time, the food is great. The other half, it's so terrible that it's mostly or completely inedible. We're talking simple, basic mistakes that ruin everything, and should never have ever left the kitchen. This is 100% an issue of quality, and portion control.

The biggest repeat offender is using rotten, moldy products - especially as it pertains to dairy. Gross moldy feta cheese in the Greek salads, gross moldy sour cream with baked potatoes. We aren't talking easy to miss, either - we're talking the second you open the offending container, you want to vomit because the putrid smell is overpoweringly in your face.

Then there's serving burnt food. When this happens, once again we're talking to the extreme, rendering it inedible. Not burnt or toasty edges, but full on burnt through charcoal beef and chicken.

How about serving old potatoes, clearly cooked several days ago. Shriveled, reheated 5 day old Greek potatoes?

I've mentioned the first full serving of gristle, in my first review - this had happened one other time, since then.

And finally, there seems to be zero portion control. Sometimes you get a huge portions, other times you get a couple chunks of meat, making you wonder why you payed $20+ for a tub of rice, old potatoes, and 3 measly chunks of chicken off of a skewer.

Not impressed, and I cannot justify spending my money here anymore, when half of the time I'm just going to feel ripped off.

Do better. How good this place is when it's good, just proves that these mistakes would be easy to fix, if they cared.

This is third time ordering, in a period of 2 weeks.

This food is excellent, and I highly recommend. The staff is friendly, and customer service is excellent as well.

The reason for the lost star - my first order was soulvlaki, 1 chicken and 1 beef. The beef was literally inedible. The flavour was there - but it was solid chunks of gristle. A mistake is one thing - but the entire skewer was pure gristle. Every single piece. Not only would the cooks have known because it was obvious, but they had to cut through this gristle, and as evidenced by all the knife marks, they clearly had a hard time even cutting through it..As a chef by trade, this is frankly unacceptable. They may as well serve the customer nothing but bones. The saving grace was their customer service, and the promise to replace the skewer on next order - but it should never have happened, and has turned me off even trying to get beef from them again. Any other place, I'd never have returned. Only the service had me give them another shot.

Well, they replaced it with chicken, and quality has been great. But I'll never order beef from them, and they almost lost a customer.

Don't be serving obvious gristle to your customers, especially without at least a few pieces of...

I LOVE OCEAN! We order from there all the time, it’s our “go to” for food delivery. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. My personal go to for a comfort food dish is the homestyle spaghetti. It’s definitely a favorite. Their roast lamb dinner is so good. Don’t pass it up. You gotta try it. The taco pizza is one of my favourite pizzas that they make the best taco pizza in town so far that I know of. All their other pizzas are yummy too. Everything actually is very good there from their Greek dishes to their Indian dishes to their Canadian dishes. It’s all very enjoyable and it taste so good. And the people that work there are amazing very kind, caring friendly, excellent people with great attitudes. In fact, we will be having lunch from there today. Good size portions of delicious food delivered quickly for a very decent price… You can’t go wrong. Check out their menu, give them a call and don’t delay. If you’ve never eaten from there I suggest you eat from there...

My wife went and ordered and paid. She came back and picked up her order and they asked if she paid. She said yes, and left. Then a lady and a guy came out screaming at her in the street that she didn't pay. She told her she already did. The lady made a huge scene and made her come back to the store. Then some other guy working there told her she actually did pay. They didn't even check with there own staff! Then after the lady found out she actually had paid she didn't give a dam she was wrong and walked to the back. We will Never support or buy anything from this place again!!!! I get mistakes happen but on top of making a scene and not even caring when you wrongly accuse someone is terrible...
