Updated review: 2/5 Star rating Was my go to bubble tea place in mississauga but I feel like the quality has gone down. The food and drinks here is really disappointing when I get take out. They either mess up my order or give me burnt food. It went downhill since Chatime showed up.
If you try calling to place an order after 11pm. Save your time. They turn off their phones.
Dine in is still okay but service is not that great.

Been coming here ever since I was in high school. Probably my favorite bubble tea spot in Sauga. There's a larger variety of bubble tea here than ChaTime, Green Grotto and Coco.
They have more hot and cold drinks. Food and shaved ice too. My favorite drinks are the Smashed Oatmeal Chiller. This drink is pretty much a dessert. It's a milk tea slushy with oatmeal topped with ice cream and chocolate syrup. It's on the sweeter side. A very unique drink that can only be found here!
I also like McTea, the presentation of this drink is also really nice. You can see all the separate layers of the drink. Also pretty sweet but you can ask for reduce sugar.
The coffee milk tea is also good. Should ask for less sugar.
The Panna Cotta Milk Tea is another one of my favorites. I love the taste of their panna cotta. I usually ask for reduced sugar for this one as the panna cotta is sweetened. Similarly, Pudding milk tea is also delicious. If you like tapioca, they have a choice of small and large tapioca here for you.
Tip: if you are getting drinks that use syrup, you should get it in 30% or 0% sweet as they add sugar on top on the already sweetened syrup which makes the drinks extra sweet.
As for food, I always get the popcorn chicken on rice or the pork chop on rice. Extremely filling and delicious. The meats are crispy and flavourful. My go to bubble tea store, it's a must try if you haven't. P.S. Cash...

I came to pick up a phone order only to learn that the order was placed at the wrong location, ok my mistake. "Can I please place an order for the same order here then?" - "uh no I have to call other location first.." wait 10 mins for Joanne (supervisor) to go through process of calling other location and have a confusing conversation with confused other person to cancel erroneous order that turns out has already been made.. ok, so "I'm sorry about the error, they didn't mention the location when I called to place the order. Can you please now make the order for me here?" - "no, can you go to the other location and pick up the tea there?" - "No thank you, can you please make my order here?" - ...hmm, speaks in foreign language to colleagues.. "it will take 30 mins to make the order" said about one tea that usually takes one person 5 mins max, while there stand 3 people with no orders pending, obviously in effort to punish me for my mistake. - "no thank you" I'll just leave a full account of this on Google maps.
This was by far the worst experience, I hope that no one else is subjected to this pitiful treatment. I would have gladly paid extra to cover the cost of the extra order, had they been reasonable and understanding. Very short sighted staff or business model, shameful behaviour...

I preorder and pay on the hungry panda app ahead of time before I go to work. Thereās only been one occasion where my order was ready when I got there for the scheduled pick up time. Every other time itās late and Iām waiting longer than expected. Knowing this, I started coming later than the pick up time. Yesterday it was supposed to be ready at 6:41pm and I got there at 6:48pm. I saw one of my bubble teas in the plastic wrap thing and the other waiting to be wrapped. I waited as they were taking someone elseās order but she could see I was there waiting for a pickup order as I wasnāt in line. I eventually had to politely interrupt as the person ordering was taking a long time and I had to get to work. She didnāt want to help me until I pleaded with her that I have already paid, itās sitting there waiting to be wrapped and I really needed to go. I know it might seem small to others but it is extremely irritating that they are consistently late with preorders even after me accommodating this by coming later (yes their bubble tea is that good). It defeats the whole purpose of preordering and just not considerate of their customersā time. Will be going elsewhere for my pre work bubble tea because this just seems to be a pattern...
