Burrito Boyz Streetsville — Restaurant in Mississauga

Being on the road all day, I pick and choose where my food is going to come from! Today, Burrito Boyz won my stomach! Stopped in streets Ville today to pick up my usual. Large chicken quesadilla on white, with extra cheese and a small chicken burrito on white with extra cheese. I’m not the easiest one to please when it comes to making my burrito or quesadilla. I’m super picky about how much of the toppings I like and the order that they put them on. The girl was very tentative about some of my selections but eventually gave in and made one of the best quesadillas I’ve had. Thank you. Same thing goes for the burrito. The staff was happy and joking around with each other making their day fun! The girl who took my order at the cash was very friendly and we had a little chat about my Google review. She definitely made the visit that much more enjoyable. The one thing I noticed, was everyone handling food had gloves on. Coming from a bad experience at another restaurant last week, I am so aware of hygiene now. Thank you Streetsville Burrito Boyz for the great lunch!...

Great portions, everything is delicious, but this place needs to work on their customer service. Went there Wednesday, October 11th @ lunch time and the girl who was in charge of putting the toppings on the burritos had an attitude that made me sick. She wasn't rude to me in particular because I know what I'm ordering, but she was rude to a couple of elderly gentlemen because she wanted them to hurry up and make up their minds and was rushing them. There was not even a line up but the attitude she had and look on her face made me upset because no one should be treated that way. Why was she even hired? Is this franchise desperate and needed to hire someone that badly that they ended up with her? If she ever spoke to me that way I would've slapped her in the face and taught her some manners. She's Caucasian, around 5"7 blondish/redish hair, blue eyes, she looks like she smokes, drinks and does crack. If I was managing this place, I would have her fired. We decided to go to burrito boys to grab 3 orders of naked burrito. the girl who make our order was completely out of it and had no interest in preparing the meals. She began by putting the rice, which the first person got a full scoop of, but the second person got half and the third order barely had any. This repeated for all the beans, veggies and meat. the worst part is that we were right there. Then finally, she tried to give us the order without the guacamole or burrito/mayo sauce (note we were silent the whole time hoping she would notice). I had just come back from a long day and didn't want to ruin someone else's, but eventually did let her know she forgot, to which she proceeded to put the last bit left in the old bottle. haha then proceeds to get a new bottle afterwards and keeps it in the corner. The saddest part is that the ingredients were significantly old. Despite each meal being $10, the quality and quantity that this burrito boys location offers is extremely low.
