I recently had the pleasure of dining at Popular Pizza, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This pizzeria has certainly earned its reputation as a local favorite.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy seating and the aroma of freshly baked pizza instantly put me in the mood for a great meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the pizza! I ordered their signature "Popular Supreme" pizza, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, providing the ideal foundation for a medley of high-quality toppings. The blend of fresh vegetables, savory meats, and a generous amount of cheese created a harmonious explosion of flavors in every bite.

The WORST customer service. We ordered two pizzas: one tandoori paneer (for my grandmother) with coriander, ginger, and garlic, and one tandoori chicken with green and red chilli, coriander, ginger, and garlic. The pizzas arrived and one visibly had coriander on top of it while the other did not. They mixed up the spices: put all the chilis in the tandoori paneer and absolutely nothing on the tandoori chicken. When I called, they told me that the coriander and spices were baked into the pizza and were at the bottom (lol). I explained that was interesting as ONE pizza had the coriander visibly on top, while the other did not have any.. anywhere (inside, outside, on top, bottom...). In any event, I asked the customer service agent if she wanted to come taste the pizzas, and that they had switched the spices to the paneer pizza, which my grandmother now cannot eat. She told me they could make me a new one, but only if we brought back the pizzas (in full) and that we had to come pick it up. I explained that the pizza had bites taken out of it... at which point she said they could not accept it back. How would they expect me to know the pizza had the spices BAKED INTO IT (which it definitely did not) without trying it? Laser vision?! Take your business elsewhere; they could not accept they were wrong and would not even honour a new pizza or credit towards a...

Do not ever order from popular pizza ever, if i could give negative stars i would. I am so appalled at the customer that I experienced i have never been treated worse as a customer for simply ordering a pizza. I ordered online and never got a confirmation phone call and wanted to make adjustments 20 minutes had passed by so I had called in to the location I had ordered from with my order number to see what is going on. I had been told its been placed but I can cancel it and make a new one if I have changes to make so thats what the kind man did, and then not 2 minutes later I get a call from a different location saying that my food is on its way, so I asked how is it if it was never confirmed with me and i made them aware that we had already cancelled the order and made a new one and the man proceeded to tell us that we can’t do that and I told him its already been done so we just cancelled all of the orders because we didnt want any pizza from them anymore. Then they call back and ask why we had cancelled it so I explained to him the situation and how terrible the customer service was and all he said was ok.
