I order a party tray 3 days ahead of time and told them I'll pick it up Saturday at 11.30 am. Came on the day to pick up and they told me I had to wait half an hour. I told them I book it at 11.30 am , so I expect my food to be ready at 11.30 am. They told me just 15 mins more and I told them it's too late and I have a party to attend and can't be late, so I requested a refund. The lady called her boss which took like 10 mins and I was there just wanting my refund and leave. She doesn't seem to be wanting to apologize for the solution. Finally, after like 10 mins talking to her she finally gave me my refund back but didn't say sorry at all. I am very disappointed In this place and would never come back and would never tell anyone to order from them. Now, my party did not Even have any noodles to eat which is disappointing.
The restaurant response to my review and said to give them consideration for the solution. Did you give the customer "me" any consideration? You suppose to have my order ready at 11.30 am the time I requested it to be ready. How would you like it if you order from a restaurant and expect your food to be ready at a certain time and it's not? And your in a hurry?. You guys had 2 days to prepare your food and there no excuse. Lastly, there was no apology what so ever, but thank you for apologizing on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a great experience at Chibugan Eh! The food was delicious and authentic, the service was friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable. I always ordered the Combo 2 which has Rice, Beef Caldereta and Dinakdakan. The beef was tender and flavorful, cook with consistency. The Dinakdakan is a Filipino dish that originated from the Ilocos Region. It is made of grilled pork parts, such as ears, face, liver, and tongue, that are tossed in a dressing of calamansi juice or vinegar, mayonnaise or pig brain, ginger, onion, and chili peppers. It is usually served as an appetizer or a main dish with rice. It is similar to sisig, but the meat is not chopped finely and the dressing is creamier. Their Dinakdakan are the best!
You can also tried the halo-halo during the summer time, which was a refreshing dessert with shaved ice, milk, fruits, beans, and ice cream. It was a generous portion and very satisfying.
The staff was attentive and courteous, and they answered all my questions about the menu. The restaurant was clean and cozy, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Chibugan Eh! to anyone who loves Filipino food or wants to try something new. Itās a hidden gem in the Sino...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGot hungry after shopping at Alās Premium and stumbled upon this food court find! Didnāt expect to find great Filipino treats like these tucked away in a corner.
Ordered the two ulam with garlic rice, chose Adobong Pusit (squid) and the ginisang ampalaya (winter melon and pumpkin stew). These paired well together, the pusit was tender and the ampalaya had just the right bitterness. Rice was fresh and not overly garlic flavoured. My eyes caught the fresh baked cassava cake on the counter and I had to try it. I would honestly go back just for the cassava alone!
The food court is a bit small so seating can be tough, but even as take away this is great food and a...
