Drive-thru employees are very rude. I would like to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your drive-thru today, Saturday, September 30th around 7:55 AM. While placing my order through the drive-thru speaker, the employee taking my order simply yelled, using a curt "WHAT," which was disapproved by other waiting customers as evidenced by their gestures. Upon arriving at the window to receive my order, I handed my phone over for scanning my Tims rewards. The young employee, in a very impolite manner, exclaimed, "What is that, Sir?" while raising his voice at me. I wasn't aware that the screen on my phone had gone dark. I quickly powered it on and, with an attitude bordering on rudeness, he asked, "Do you want me to scan it?" This made me feel rather foolish. As I was leaving, I couldn't help but express my frustration, asking why the staff is consistently so brusque. The employee at the intercom then approached the window with noticeable anger but, for some reason, started laughing. This is not the first time such an incident has occurred at your establishment. Whenever there is an issue, employees begin speaking in their native language and laughing, leaving customers like myself feeling mocked, as we do not understand what is being said.
I believe that customer service should be of the utmost importance for any business, and my recent experiences at your drive-thru have left me with a negative impression. I hope that you can address these concerns promptly to ensure that other customers do not have similar experiences...
Read moreHello. I have been going to this location for over a year now. Just a few things I would like to say. This review is only dealing with the day portion. The afternoon shift is wonderful. Day shift is not the friendliest bunch. At least 2 or more times a week messing up my orders. I bring back to afternoon to show what they give me. They fix it for me. I have told this to the day shift before. Their response is to ask them if they made it correctly. I shouldn't have to constantly ask if the order is correct. They punch it in correct but still wrong. If there is z problem or an issue it is to be resolved. Another thing is also in the morning there are people sleeping in the eating area. Shoes off feet up on tables on the couches. This is unsanitary. Anything pops up I will add at a later time.
This is now a year later. This location does not pay attention to the orders. I stopped coming for about a month because these employees do not take pride in there work. Many times I am charged but do not get what I paid extra for. 15 to 20 minutes for my order. It is really upsetting when this is where a lot of people stop to get food and 75% of customers have complaints about things being made wrong or taking to long to prepare. All the day staff need to be retrained on how to interact with customers. They do not take complaints about this seriously. And still this location has people sleeping inside which is wrong. This is a restaurant not a hotel. I have the right to call the health and safety board on this...
Read moreThe cashier is still training however, my father was ready with his app to use his rewards. She asked for the payment and without thinking he paid, hes older so using rewards points and apps is still new to him. She took payment, again my dad had his app out showing his card visible to her. He then asked if he can scan his card and she said it was too late. He looked shocked and said but "you never asked if I had a card, my card is here. So now I lost points?" She didnt even apologize and just stared at him. She then said his dount isn't available, (which I did tell him it was empty at the display but bc she said yes he assumed maybe they had some fresh in the back) she said they didnt and he had to chose between the 3 donuts available. He chose and she gave us 2 donuts when we ordered one. I heard him order one donut and I guess she charged him for 2. The lack of empathy here is ridiculous for customer service. They had no napkins available, when I asked for some another server said "it's right there" with attitude as if I were stupid and I told him its empty. The only good thing about this Tim Hortons is the location, train your staff properly and at least apologize when something went wrong regardless if it wasn't directly your fault. I have to explain to my dad what happened, he was so confused. Thanks for making my dad feel low and confusing him as if it's his fault. English is his second language and I didnt think I had to babysit him to order a drink...
