Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Mississauga

I had an amazing experience at Popeyes recently, thanks to Associate Shohit, who provided exceptional service to our large group of 13 people. Managing a group of that size can be tricky, especially at a fast-paced place like Popeyes, but Shohit made it look effortless.

From the moment we walked in, Shohit greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately took charge. He made sure we were comfortably settled, and despite the busy lunch rush, he managed to get our large order in without any issues. He was patient, efficient, and made sure we were all taken care of right away.

What really impressed me was Shohit’s knowledge of the menu. He took the time to ask if anyone had any special preferences or dietary restrictions (which we had a few), and he recommended items based on our tastes. He suggested some of their best-selling combos and even added a few extras that everyone ended up loving. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as we ordered, no mistakes, no delays, which is pretty rare when ordering for such a big group.

Throughout our meal, Shohit continued to check on us regularly, making sure that we had enough condiments, napkins, and refills. I could see he was juggling multiple tables, but he never seemed overwhelmed. His calm and friendly demeanor really stood out. Even when we had a few last-minute additions to our order or special requests, Shohit handled everything with ease and made us feel like we were his top priority.

It’s not often that you get such personalized attention at a fast food restaurant, but Shohit went above and beyond to ensure that everyone in our group had a great experience. He really made our visit to Popeyes memorable, and his dedication to providing top-notch service was evident every step of the way.

The food itself was, of course, delicious, hot, crispy chicken, flavorful sides, and perfectly seasoned biscuits. But the real highlight was Shohit’s impeccable service. We left feeling well taken care of and more than satisfied with our meal.

I would absolutely recommend this Popeyes location, especially for larger groups, and I hope Shohit gets the recognition he deserves for making our visit such a positive one. Thanks for going the extra mile and making our Popeyes...

I was at the Popeyes location at 6795 Airport rd in Mississauga, Ontario to order a meal at approximately 9pm tonight (Sept 17 2020)

There was an angry customer who returned his meal to the manager. As I was waiting for my order I noticed the lady preparing my order took the returned fries and placed it with my order.

I immediately stopped her luckily, but needless to say I was very upset.

If they are doing this during COVID in the front of the store, I would hate to know what they are doing in the back!

Needless to say, I will not be going to any Popeyes in the future and will be recommending others do the same. To put people's health at risk to save a few cents on returned fries is blatantly inexcusable.

I firmly believe restaurants who put health at risk in this matter during a pandemic should not be in operation. The manager and employee at this establishment should not be working in the food service industry.

Terrible experience with Popeyes. First to start their mobile app didn't even work properly. I opened up the app and all it was doing was loading. I did all have my access to any offers and I did not earn any points. When I got home the app work perfectly fine and I was all signed in and saw all the offers I could have got instead of ended up paying more for less food.

The next thing that we took so long to get. It was not that busy maybe two other people in the restaurant yet the food was taking so long. They made part of the order and let it sit on the warmer so by the time the second part of the order was clicked the boneless wings were dry. They basically took the boneless wings squirted some sauce on it and that's what we paid for $9. Then when we finally got it a boneless wings or not very good.

For the restaurant not being that busy both garbages were completely overflowing. People were just throwing garbage on top of the garbage bin. Very...
