Today my daughter and I were driving down airport road on the hunt for good samosas. Usually we go to Gerrard but today we were in the hood north of the airport. We pulled over and parked in front of Desi Twa but then walked to a different spot because honeslty to my tastes the windows were not super appealing- pictures in the window of a bar..just didn't call me. I need to say it is mid March and hey its also pretty hard to have nice clean windows. Kind of a grey slushy day. Anyways the other place we went didn't have what we wanted so we thought OK let's at least look in here. WOW! So glad we did!! It was VERY clean and fresh inside and the food- loads of sweets and buffet looked and smelled delicious. We immediately wanted to stay for dinner but had people waiting at home. Manpreet who manages the place is delightful and so is the other server who had us laughing. We got a mix of sweets and samosa and they were AMAZING. Everyone at home went wild..like Ahhhhhh these are sooooo good..awesome dipping sauces "YUM! Oooooh! Wow, where did you get these! They are perfect, still hot! OMG delicious " Now we all want to go for dinner. Definitely a new spot we will come back to!!! They had free tea outside the door to lure in customers - also amazing and delicious. Nice idea. Very bad food quality of this restaurant. I ordered food for take out that was dahi puri, dahi bhalle, chana bhatura and milk badam. Dahi puri was completely soggy when I pick up from them. Its not that I wait for 5-10 minutes to eat that I opened it right away and I wasn't albe to hold it with hand. It was like I am eating the dough. Even golgappa didn't look like they made it. It was like chips that we fry at home the one that comes in the packet. Even I tried their chana bhatura was like hell, I got food poisoning and vomiting after eating their food. I suggest you guys, rather than advertising on tik tok you guys work on your food quality and menu. I was asked to wait for 10-15 minutes and one of the associate came after 15 minutes and said dahi bhalle are out of stock, we can order another item. Firstly they should know which item they have available or not then take the order from the customer. They took more than 30 minutes to give us the order and them I told them that I ordered badam milk as well and the same thing its out of order. Then you guys have to mention before taking the order. After 30 minutes you are telling me order something else. If you guys don't have the stuff available you should mention this to the customer or make it unavailable...
